Thanks for sharing I was actually wondering if one can use a cake mixer to mix chinchin....I see you didn't add water on your chinchin while mixing.....because I feel the machine makes it softer and elastic

Oh this is nice ! The machines must surely save you time. During the cooking process your oil doesn't foam too much ?

When the butter is too much in the dough, much foam appear in the oil. So always make sure you have the right quantity of butter in the flour dough

Also in the bit to prevent the slices from binding don't use soo much flour. That makes it foam up. Too much flour

Can the pasta machine cut the chin chin dough to size? If yes, then why the need for pizza cutter

Ok the pizza cutter is needed to cut the flattened dough into big size and then you use the pasta to cut it into tin shape . After that, you still need the pizza cutter to cut it into short pieces

No please, this 20 litres of spiral dough mixer can mix 6 kilogrammes of flour at a time.
