This is awesome. I love how you get back into the hammock after the vampire. I actually managed to do it myself after carefully studying what you do. It's easier at first doing it from one leg on the ground, because once the folded leg is positioned correctly you can more or less fall back into a somersault into the swing. I had more difficulty getting up into the kneeling position, but once I found the edges of the pocket I'm kneeling in, it became easier to pull myself up. And after doing that several times I wanted to find a way to flip forward without exiting the swing onto the floor as you do. And I did! While still kneeling I pulled the fabric up over my head (you have to loosen it from around your bum) and then put my elbows into it and my knees are still in the fabric, and I can do crunches like that, face down. Then I pike, leaning into my elbows over my head and somersault forward so I end up lying in the swing again. You have to be careful to get the fabric fairly straight, though, because one time it wasn't and I ended up crooked and nearly fell out as one leg was already out. I managed to get the leg back in and avoided it. The whole sequence is very cool and fun. Thank you.

Do you have less than 9ft (3 metres between attachment points?) I've just hooked up my AntiG hammock here at home to specs and because my roof is lower hanging - possibly like yours - there is too much fabric hanging (still hanging ~1.5feet below my hip points. I ask because watching your video it seems like you have the same circumstance I do. If so, can you tell me how far in you placed your "choke loops"? If you have done so, how much has it changed your practice? Are some postures difficult compared to a hammock that is set up otherwise?
Thanks for your time! I love your transitions! I can't wait to practice more at home!
