Thank you very much for the demo! I started 10 weeks ago with most of your poses (the first 3 min.) but broken down of course. I had problems with sitting down as my leg was sometimes too high (45 degrees body/leg). Thanks to you I now know how to adjust without starting all over again. Keep it up! 💪🏻

WOW! I've been doing aerial yoga for a year or 2 and this is about my level but has some poses I've never done. My ceiling is about your height which is nice because most studios have such tall ceilings and my silk just cannot wrap around me as many times as theirs do. So... I'll definitely be trying to learn this over the next couple weeks!

HI :) How is that? I live in Argentina, and I would like to start doing aero yoga, but here you can not get it! What type of textile fabric is it made with? which are the most resistant?

Thank you for your kind comment. In order to do the dismount open your legs like a pair of scissors at the highest point when you swing back, then when you tilt forward with your upper body wait a little to let the hammock carry you forward before putting your feet down in the plumb line one after the other.
