Sis, you most of the time, you speak only English, but I am wondering how is that you speak Tamil so fluent. Because you speak correct Tamil words, we studied English medium, and mother tongue is Tamil, we mix both English and Tamil with my kid.

May be because I only learned to speak fluent English after my 12th grade when I went to nursing school. Until then I was in Tamil medium, May be this could be a reason I’m thinking. Not sure!!
