Instructional video on how to install a Troopy Gear Full Length Shelf. The shelf installed in this video is the Drivers Side version. If you do not own a Rivet Nut kit, Supercheap Auto sell the cheapest kit we have found at around $45-50, and the kit includes the rivet nuts needed.
Drill bit size guide:
- Drill 8mm holes in your shelf (for M6 hex head bolts)
- Drill 9mm holes in your Troopy's bodywork (for M6 Rivet nutserts)

I didn't know about nutserts until I started manufacturing/designing these shelves, and holy shit, they are such a game changer! We've used our nutsert gun sooo much since grabbing one. They are the best!

- we only have installation available in Morriset NSW or Gladesville in Sydney. You would have to organise installation via your own mechanic or 4x4 accessories fitter in Pakenham.

I'd ask your local mechanic or 4x4 accessories fitter to see if they would be willing to fit one for you. Thorburns can currently only offer fitting in Sydney or Morisset NSW. I'll double check to see if they recommend anyone in Melbourne

We replied to one of your comments earlier, we only have installation available in Morisset NSW or Gladesville Sydney, so you would have to organise instalment through your own mechanic or 4x4 accessories fitter near Pakenham.
