I lived in South Korea for over 2 years.. I don't know why but would sometime go to a strange bakery and get some kind of sandwich.. This was in 1989 , wow so I guess they apparently like Japan they raised their Sandwich game.. I never thought why it was so good.. But it was..

이런 토스트나 샌드위치만해도 한국식은 토스트에 재료를 최대한 많이 다양하게 넣는데 일본은 후르츠산도나 돈까스샌드위치 같이 단순하면서도 깔끔하게 만듬ㅋ

한국 길거리 음식이요? 우리나라 사람들은 알겠지만 외국인들이 보면 그냥 일본 길거리 음식
겁나 빵은 빵대로 낭비하고 그다지 맛도 없어보이고.. 계란말이에 계란만 넣어놓고 야채도 없고... 나라면 식빵 천원짜리 마트에서 사다가 대충 만들어먹으련다

When cooking becomes an art-form! His technique is very good indeed! :-) (though I'd probably add come sage and onion stuffing mix to those eggs, along with some chilli flakes - a simple addition that makes a big difference!)

That was my first reaction to it as he should have cut the eggs bigger to not waste so much of the bread. That or get a bigger pan so it'll fit the bread better.

This is a clear example of someone in Korea trying to imitate Japanese Sando cuisine, just look at the name of the shop, it's Japanese. For anyone hoping to find this in Korea, it is not a common thing. I lived there 4+ years and never once saw anyone cooking or eating this.
They're serving it on actual plates so this is also not street food. There are countless other Korean foods you should seek out before this if you want a uniquely Korean flavor or authenticity.

You can still make Korean street food in Japan. Just make it like they do in Korea.
This is Japanese. You can even hear them speaking Japanese in the B/G. Tamoyaki (THESE EGGS) are a Japanese dish.

Those are Japanese egg omelets or Tamagoyaki. Making those omelets is an art. I've had those once in a Nigiri sushi and it was great.
