Most enjoyable money method for me is the endurance race at spa. 1.5 million for a 1 hour race. Plus it’s fun due to the dynamic weather. This includes the 500,000 clean race bonus which it always gives you no matter how many offs or accidents you have.

If i work really hard I can usually get the gold and end up around 6000th in the standings. Currently I'm at silver with a 1:40.9 or so and about 4400th. I think that shows that many have given up on this car and I don't blame them lol. Ty Kie for the guide as always!

Wow this car was a handful , Managed a 139.485 GOLD ATM , had to go back to the video a couple of times ,but managed to hooked one up 👍
Gold already down to a 39.7 due to some crazy Japanese driver beating Jeddah currently by half a second.
Yes watched his lap on stream doubt it will go much faster than that to be fair. Very good lap.

I set my fastest lap without DRS - I didn't know it was there to be used, lol! You have to map a button?

Hey Kie. I am using your Fanatec settings an I had to change the SEN setting from AUTO to 550. Is this normal? That’s the first time for me that I have to change your settings 🧐
I always use Auto never needed to change as Auto should always default to how PD have set rotation 👍

I am stuck at 1:39.6 so close to gold! Do you think its possible to get gold with TC on 1 or do i need it off completely? Its such a difficult one this! Im 3.5k in the eorld and still not gold 🥇😮
You can 100% get gold with TC on 1 especially if it helps consistency 👍

This car is the most arcade like GT7 thing I've experienced, it's awful, but I like the track and the guide should hopefully get me a decent time, thanks!

I get a gold on 99% of online trails, but this one on controller is not going to happen, making small adjustments after committing to a turn at this high speed is near to impossible. 😕
@Thekie25 have you seen the new gtws format. What's your opinions on it?

Good Tip is DRS works out of the 90' right after Degner Curve, and at the hairpin, come out in 2nd slow squeeze so it doesn't bog down

@user-pi7zg9yp1z Haha nice 👌 Not far off at all, to do your current time means you already seriously know what you're doing !! Just about repetition, You could even get into the 38s. What settings do you use?
@@_-BikerBoi69_- Thanks man, indeed the repetition is a key on this map plus lots of patience. 38s really sound impossible but I think 39s are definitely there. When it comes to settings, I am only using abs basically but today is my first day trying to make a time trials with a manual transmission and it really works. Although it's a bit shit that you have to lift your thumb from drs when you shift from 5th to 6th lol.
@user-pi7zg9yp1z I had that problem but managed to map the DRS to where the left indicator normally is in the centre rectangle pad of the controller. So you can hold it down with left thumb. Shifting I use right thumb. downshift (X) and upshift (Square)
I got to silver at last, but It's time trials like this that make me want to quit the game. There is no joy in getting gold, just relief that it's over. The car is not a real car, its someone's imagination who thought it should be designed to handle like a pig on a knife edge, because..... no good reason whatsoever! I haven't driven a VGT car I liked and I have no interest in imaginary cars. If you look at the car closely, there is no room for legs, which means you lie in your belly. I even checked in VR, it's go leg holes in the back! It's stupid. Rant over !😁
You are completely incorrect.
It is a real car, it's called the McLaren Solus GT. (Google it)
It's got a V10 engine that makes over 800bhp and it costs £2.5 million UK £.
You are correct, there is no leg room in front of you.
In the MK1 you lay astride the centre chassis on your stomach, like a dragster motorcycle.
I believe in the MK2 version this was revised so that you sat in a more conventional position and it also doesn't have the additional electric motors on the front wheels like the gt7 virtual version.
I believe 25 of the MK2 version were sold, I'm not sure how many mk1s were made.
Considering only 5 (I think?) Lamborghini Veninos were ever made that more than makes this a real car and arguably more achievable than the Venino.
There is a White one that belongs to Zak Brown on display with all the F1 McLarens in the foyer of the Woking McLaren HQ in the UK.
I have some photos of it when I did a tour there. Unfortunately I was not allowed to sit in it.
There was also one on display on the McLaren stand at the Goodwood festival of speed last year.
I was not allowed to sit in it there either.

@@TheCBRNick I'm not completely wrong. The car is a made up car. The fact that they then built a real car that "looks like" it, doesn't make this car real. There is no way they would replicate the handling of the GT7 in game imaginary car in a real car, because it would kill itself and whoever was trying to drive it.
Maybe. I concede you are not completely wrong. I worded it badly.
It's not exactly the same car. But I think it's fair to say apart from the power unit, it's pretty close.
And to be fair, close up in real life, it does look like it would have a pretty good go at killing itself and the driver.
The one on at the festival of speed looked like you need to be a contortionist to sit in, and in that position, 4 inches off the ground, head first it must be freaking terrifying to drive.
I fully agree! I wasted 9 hours of my life with that inconsistent and buggy piece of sh*t. I am at 1:39.550 which is 3,01% of gold.
I usually need 1-2 hours max to be within 2.5 to 2.9% of the gold time in these time trials. And with good car / tire / track combos I really enjoy it. But from now on I will definitely skip VGT cars and rallye bullshit. GT7 physics are not made for such crap. And it's about enjoying the game and not about freaking out because this car cannot pass trough R130 twice in the same manor due to irratic physics and engine.
Super difficult to do on a controller with pad acceleration and AT. Only sit at a high 1:40
