Very surprised that the Nami burn E2 MAX didn't make the cut. Everything I've researched and watched online pointed at the Nami burn E2 MAX to be the best in class...
We absolutely love the MAX and were on the fence between the MAX and the base model. We just felt like the value of the base model put it over the top. Below 40 mph, they're hard to tell apart, and the base model got slightly more range than the MAX on our range test course! -Paul
I don't have a V2 but I have the original Burn-e, and I can vouch hard for it as the best scooter you can buy right now. Everything about the scooter and Nami as a company is great! Especially the customer service from Michael Sha. I bought a steering damper from mine (directly from Michael actually 😅) but the new version comes with one as standard. Makes it a dream to ride and so stable at speed!

I love this. I'm still a relatively new rider, bought my mantis (albeit an older model) earlier this year on a bit of a whim, just because I needed a vehicle and, to be honest, I hate cars lol. It was my first scooter and damn if it wasn't the best purchase ever! I'm only 5 months in and I already want to upgrade. I'm currently looking at the WWX, love the double stem, the relatively decent portability and the fact that it's not that expensive. I'm also looking at the dualtron victor luxury, very nice performance and stylish, but the price gets steeper and it's probably not justified when kaabo makes cheaper scooters that are just as good. PD: Surprised I didn't see the dualtron city in the most anticipated list, I've only seen positive comments on it. Those tires might make it the most stable and comfy scooter ever, gotta have to try it.
I hope for more 12 inch tyre models. I think that is the best compromise between small but still large enough for higher speeds, comfort and handle uneven road and smaller potholes. And having even larger tyres then it become a different category more towards a bike. I have 10 inch tyre scooter at the moment but feel it would benefit from having a larger tyre.
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Please do! It's a fantastic scooter that completely changed my mind on both solid tires and trigger throttles. The throttle is super responsive, and the suspension is great. Build Quality on point. I'm bay area, maybe there is something I can do to help!
Hey Joe, The nice thing about Lithium Ion batteries is they don't have memory, so the battery really doesn't care. You might have a disappointingly short first ride if the battery is low, because even when full, most scooters only hit about half of their specified range. (we get about half to 2/3 of spec on most of the scooters we test). The main rules with lithium ion batteries is don't store them with less than 20% charge and try not to leave it parked for a long time at 100% charge either, but that one is a little more tricky to avoid. -Paul

Dualtron X2, have a seat option, have the biggest range, with better suspensions and bigger wheels than any scooter on this list, also it is the most visible for night riding, it has the best headlight turnsignals and proper horn .
Unfortunately we have not tested that scooter yet , hopefully in the future. -Vosk
What about the “RCB Electric Scooter?” It has front and rear double shock absorption. A 350W motor, 22 miles long range and max speed of 18MPH. Two 10" inner honeycomb tires, foldable and waterproof. All for about $500. Just ordered it and can’t wait to receive it. Not a lot of video reviews about it.
we have not tried that scooter yet!
As always Paul so much hard work that goes into an ESG video and is very much appreciated by the Electric Scooter community. Cheers to the entire ESG team including those behind the scenes. Love ya'll ❤️ ....I am Flash and I am out .... PYOW !!!
Thanks so much for your kind words. I really appreciate that. Comments like these push me to make the best videos I can. -Paul
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Your most welcome Paul, you are doing the community a fantastic service sharing your wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise.
It's that level of commitment in which ESG provides that has helped people like me that are relatively new to this industry find the ideal Scooter best suited to me. I could not of asked for a better mid-life crisis Man Toy (in my case TWO! .... City Pro & GT1)
I would never of found my City Pro & GT1 if it wasn't for ESG reviews, Deep Dive Thursday Night 'Live' sessions and close industry relations such as that with Sean, Mac, Chris & Eloi over at Apollo. (Shout out to those guys, no doubt an equal commitment with their innovative and exciting brand) So excited for what they come up with next come 2023.
Anyway much love here mate from down under. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie.... Oi! Oi! Oi! Have a good one 👍
Thanks for putting in the research and making this list. I’m still deciding whether right now is a good time for me to purchase a scooter and this list provided some food for thought.
Awesome! Thanks for watching. -Vosk
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Entered the giveaway as well. As someone who lives NYC, a scooter sounds like a great way to commute. The ones that can support my weight seem to be quite expensive, so I haven’t decided what to do yet. 🤞🏼 🙏🏼
-Paul
The list is SO tight. We scraped hard for every single one on the list of 13. - Chase
Good review!
Thanks!
Love my FluidFreeride mosquito they are a responsive company when I had a shipping problem. Folds nice and compact.
Nice! So glad you like it! Great scooter! -Paul
We've been very impressed by FluidFreeRide for a long time now. Truly one of the best companies in the United States industry and a great company to do business with, especially with something like a vehicle that is going to need legit uptime and reliability.
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide why didn't the mosquito make your list? where does it fall short?
@@ArminHartmann It is a copycat of the Uscooters GT Pro indeed.
Great video!!
Thanks so much Jesus Alonso!

Happy 😁👍✅ Saturday I enjoy these testing videos. Apollo Pro is getting it with specs. Anyhill um2 and Bo M are lovely. Wish I had something of the two. Although I have Hover 1 Black Hawk. Comparison to Turbo Ant & Levy. Love your review varieties man thanks for sharing. Have a blessed weekend.
Thank so much Jeremiah! Hope you have a great weekend too! -Paul
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Welcome 🤗 Paul can't wait to test Bo M. Stay safe hydrated.

How does the solar p1 2.0 compare to the roadrunner d4 2.0??I can’t decide between those two.
We have not tested the roadrunner d4! The Solar P1 2.0 is a great value to spec! Good top speed and good range. You can grab 10% off with code RIDERGUIDE10
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide sorry for the trouble but thanks. I’ve heard great things about the roadrunner. It would probably be a good thing to review. Have a great day.
Very informative video, thank you!
Really wish ESG would add handlebar vertical height from the top of the deck to their database.
Great tip! We will look into that.
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Can you recommend any 40+mph dual motor scooters with handlebars more than 40 inches above the deck and weigh less than 100Lbs? Few companies publish this info. Thanks
Thank you for the accolades! Awesome video! 🔥
Our pleasure! ESG worked super hard on this one. We are glad you enjoyed it. -Vosk
I love your videos. You should do a WORST to BEST of all times list comparing all your your scooters in one video. Also it would be an amazing 1 hour video.
That is a interesting idea! -Vosk
Could you do a best e scooter video for snow and other terrain?
Good tip! We will do our best. -Vosk
Even though they're all out of my budget, it's still a highly informative and great video (special thanks to the data in metric). Thank you!
Thanks for the encouragement!
Even the budget scooter choice is out of your budget? What kind of budget are you trying to work with??
@@bluecheesybob I'm making around $1000 a month where I live in eastern europe (I'm an electrical engineer...), so after paying for utilities, food, etc I'm left with less than $500 to save or spend. So that probably answers the question.
@@zsomborkodias yikes, even for eastern europe, $1000 is very low especially if you are an engineer. People making US minimum wage ($7.25/hr) would make more than you. Something does not seem right.
Is a full review of the UScooter GT Sport coming? I've heard about some brake issues, but also that they may have been corrected.
Yes and yes! Every GT Sport has it sorted out. They delayed launching to make sure the production units were all good. -Paul
Coming in the next week or so ;)
- Chase
My GT Sport is being delivered Monday, but they let me know the controller has been updated to correct any e brake issues.
Very insightful! Thanks for sharing. We are hoping to test the Dualtron City in the future. Stay Safe. -Vosk
For sure! Thanks for watching. -Vosk
12-14in would be great!
Anyone know how the varla eagle one compares to the solar p1 2.0??
Solar P1 2.0 is a better value and better specs. You can use code RIDERGUIDE10 for an additional 10% off your solar purchase. -Vosk
Varla eagle one is on sale right now for 1399. Solar p1 2.0 is 1299. I’ll probably go with the solar. Thanks!
Amazing detail in every product! Great video 👍🏻

Have you all considered the Vsett 8 as a commuter scooter? I have the 8R and it’s an amazing scooter. I like it much more than the Cruiser.
We have not tested that one yet!
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Please do! It's a fantastic scooter that completely changed my mind on both solid tires and trigger throttles. The throttle is super responsive, and the suspension is great. Build Quality on point. I'm bay area, maybe there is something I can do to help!
do they still sell the gas powered ones and are these just as durable? i had a gas powered one that was real fun to ride

Best bang for your buck is the Apollo Ghost 22. Great!!
Huge bang for the buck! We just got our 2022, but haven’t unboxed it yet! Can’t wait! -Paul
Hey ESG im getting my scooter soon and i dk if when i unbox it i should charge it before i ride it or i can just ride it out of the box
Hey Joe,
The nice thing about Lithium Ion batteries is they don't have memory, so the battery really doesn't care.
-Paul
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Thankss very helpful and quick in responding

I hate that nobody talks about Fieabor. I’ve had my Fieabor Q08p for 2 years now it’s got well over 15,000 miles on it, I’ve changed the brakes and that’s it. Option to have a seat, 0-40 in about 5 seconds. Tons of torque. Scary fast. Good suspension, 2 wheel drive. 50 mile range. It’s the biggest under rated scooter on the market. $1,300.
