People that say that are using excuses is the problem with the fitness community. If you don't get instant gratification they won't do it and the excuses start flying. General public thinks we shrivel up and die after 30.

In reality while a big accomplishment 500 pounds is not considered a lot of weight in powerlifting. At least it was a "civil" discussion and not the typical belligerent troll.
@LCKStrengthTraining I better not get involved. I get way too personal with people like that. It's an insult to those of us who are working hard NATURALLY to get these goals.

Man those 280 pound chinups are tough! I'll keep at it though. When I was 215 to 220 I would add a 45 pound plate. Now the extra weight is built in!🤣
