You don't waffle, you have RC history lesson on your channel. All should listen!! Awesome job 👏 and your running videos are number 1. We will see if Keith's new track and Glenn going to his new track this spring/summer compares to Australia 🇦🇺 old school. I hope it dose and can't wait for more from the RC community.
That's kind of you to say Darris. Thankyou. Im always learning about video production and editing and hoping the content will be relatable to the audience. I appreciate your positive feedback.
Thank you for taking the time to view and leave me a comment. Ive had that PULSAR radio set for the longest of time and really happy about it going into this project.
I couldn't have gotten this far without you Keith. As always I really appreciate our ongoing friendship and enjoy that we each contribute in a space that continue to build the enthusiasm for this hobby. Thank you again.
Thank you very much MB. This hobby really has come leaps and bounds with social media and UA-cam affording us a place to build and share and communicate with one another. I'm really glad to have come this far and for the support I receive from each and every last person out there.
@Bormac073 Yep Jason after the golden era had all but gone little did we know we would be this involved again in this once again thriving awesome hobby!
Hi Adam and thank you. We all get so into these old beauties and it's an honour to have good friends who can see where I am going with the channel. Whilst I choose not to monetise, it certainly is kind of those who reach out and care enough to give me a helping hand on occassion.
Thats great to hear MV. It's taken me a while to find a format that works in my own mind and to have people view and leave a comment is well worth my effort. Thank you.
Man that looks so cool box art, im warming up to the ultima’s now. I would love to add an original to my collection, but after seeing this. I think i need a pro 😎
Hi Richard. On my quest over the longest time I have sourced enough bits and ended up with the better part of 5 cars. However, this has taken me a long time. I will let at least one of them go.
@@Bormac073 i would love to say i’ll buy one, but over spent the last 3 months 😂 totaly worth it mind 😎 but i need to move a few cars on so may see if your up for letting one go when i have the funds 👍
Whoa, now thats a cool buggy. I do hope to one day get my hands on one of these one day. It was really nice that a few people helped out. Enjoy the buggy and thanks for the video.
Can’t tell you enough how glad I am that you’re doing your thing and letting us watch Jason you’re the man! That sounded kinky but I didn’t mean for it to 😄 Kyosho Ultima Pro 🤩🤩🤩

Thank you Luke. There are those of us out there such as you and I who appreciate all the older cars and the Pro XL for me is the go to for me when I think of racing an older Kyosho 2WD. Thank you for taking the time to write me.
Thanks Jaicen. The PRO XL is for me my favourite 2WD Kyosho buggy. Just glad to have some kind and generous friends out there who appreciate the efforts I make with the content I create.
Morning Jason That pro looks so good . I really want one😂 . Love the box art 👌 Love how everyone pulled together to get this done . brilliant Cheers John
Thank you Mick. That being said, I recall seeing your Kyosho builds and you're a master of the craft. It's good to see this one happen and come together.

Nice Ultima! I have a Turbo Ultima which I've (probably sacrilege) put an OG Ultima body and rollcage on. The body on the Turbo looks ok, but I was never going to find the wing and mounting wire anywhere (I looked a bit). Honestly, I'm surprise those NiCad cells still worked. Were you one of those folk who bought matched cells and put them together as packs?
Thank you Pablo. The Pro XL just ticks all the right boxes for me and I have owned the Turbo back in the day when it was the latest Ultima out there. Along with creating the True Vintage R/C FB page I also created the 'Vintage R/C Electronics' page too. I have soldered up many a sub c battery in my time.
@@Bormac073 Nice, it was a little bit of a sly dig, but when I got back into the hobby, people were still getting matched cells but Nimh instead of NiCad. LiPo's were just coming into it.
You're crazy for having the ESC wires that go to the receiver route in between the battery straps that are essentially acting like graphite wire cutters in your configuration. This is unacceptable even for a shelf queen.

This might be a dumb question but would the Ultima Pro body sit reasonably well on the recently released JJ Ultima?
