I feel like this is the perfect description of BPD (borderline personality disorder). Sometimes you’re on top of the world and you’ve never felt better, but then you drop, and every little thing anyone’s ever said comes rushing back, and you’re trapped in your own head whilst the thoughts get louder and louder. It might look like you’re fine, but on the inside you’re suffocating, and until you swing again, you’re trapped like that
That feeling of being trapped and finding it hard to breathe is so common for people with so many different things going on to feel. I hope if you're dealing with that, that you're healing and improving, friend! And if you ever feel like that, remember you're not the only one!
I still wonder how these guys get so little attention, their songs are always fire and never get old, it's amazing! I always forget 8 Graves isn't like a AAA music studio, though they definitely deserve to be bigger!

Astutely reminds me of how family and friends you believed you could trust you bring you down, how deeply words and actions affect us all, and how mental health and family are correlated and why some cries for help are serious, and are silent as those who feel this feel as if they are drowning in the negativity and disapproval by almost everyone around them. I really fucking love the lyrics while the song is such happy sounding. It's such an unique own type of music style for me.
Someone like me, I am very very optimistic and I enjoy life at the fullest I can. One day when i will fall down real bad, I will hate when I get that way. But I just know i can put some 8 Graves on and it will help like nothing else. It tells me that it's never the time to leave. We have this one life. Why spend it there, where you hate to be. Where you don't want to be. I've been through a lot but that's what taught me this. Sure stuff is going to hurt in life. But it will be in the past later. We can't go back to change it. Enjoy it while you got it. Try not to regret things because that's life. That really makes me suffocate. It breaks me when I really thing about it.
