'56 Fopar

I used to own a 59 with a 292. I think. I can't remember for sure. Anyway it was the oldest vehicle that I've ever owned. I've owned around 130 cars. so... I'm a little hazy. The gas tank was behind the seat and it leaked. Only if I filled it up so I never did.
It was actually a truck that I bought for work. I remember having to replace the kingpins. Yeah that's old school for sure.
This earlier Ford doesn't seem to have the same tilt forward. It's just a visual trick anyway but it just shows how new designs were being formed. Ideas came to fruition.
I view the earlier part of the nineteenth century as a sort of Renaissance. We were creating the best music as well as many other things, including cars.
I sure miss drive in theaters. If I had this truck, I would be looking for one.
