Can you post a video of how to remove the backs on the finished back seats like the equinox or mantra. I have the mantra seats and no one at 4seating can tell me how to get the backs off.
The male and female brackets that the backrest slides into are the same in the Equinox and Mantra as they are in this video. It would be hard to film without tearing the back of the seat off, but if you slightly recline your seat just a bit you can see the brackets. At that point you just need to unclip it the same way as in this video. Here is a video of an Equinox with the backrest going on. I just got a Valencia Tuscan XL. The back rest seems like the lumbar is fully extended when it's in the deflated position. And when its extended it's just stupid. How can I back it off?
Our furniture showed up torn, ripped, rubbed through with rusted hinges and only a portion of the order was even shipped (skipped hundreds of dollars in accessories) or delivered... Now battling to get a resolution with the resolution department as they continue to repeat " what do you expect there is only 3 of us" "I know we said we would call you back but it's actually your responsibility to call us back because there is only three of us". Then the resolution department stated they will be visiting with the shipper and I am welcome to call them back in one week. The items they decided to ship were poorly packed and destroyed due to the sellers poor packing not the shipping contractor. The resolution with the shipper does not concern me but the seller will not work with us till the investigation with their shipping contractor is complete. Just ordered a row of 4. How do these plug in? Do they plug into each other and then the wall outlet? Or does each chair need to be plugged into its own outlet?
I have the same kind as in the video but mine is a set of 3 and your showing the end seat, now that you showed how the back comes off, how do you separate the seats from on another?
I saw another video of these being put together. When they connected them to each other they lifted and hooked it to the next one. So you should try lifting up on one side of the chair to see if it lifts and separates from the other. If not, try the other side.

Thanks for sharing that tip. Maybe wear some gloves too. We like to use our hands because we don't want to risk tearing into the leather. The clips just need a bit of pressure to lift them up with a finger.
