@@andylui3333 It worked. My FPS in Rift Town is significantly higher and more stable now. However there are some issues. I can't exit back to the lobby without the game completely crashing. I also can't exit from the lobby to the desktop properly, it says Unreal Engine has crashed. Thank you for your help andy. I'm using Intel 10750 and Nvidia 2070 Super Max-Q w/ latest driver. Any thoughts on how to straighten this out?

Got 2700x and 3070 and I get 40-50's fps once I got to Rift Town lol
