I guess these guys didn't watch the Chiefs vs Texans week 16 game? Reid was running a vanilla offensive scheme. Texans don't have Tank Bell in this one, either. Houston has a good defense, but...they haven't seen the Chiefs entire playbook either. Chiefs defense snuffed out Joe Mixon at Arrowhead the last time they played. But at least Houston won't be intimidated by Arrowhead - although it will be super cold and not like their controlled atmosphere in their dome. Reid won't be running up the score against them either - don't want to show that playbook to the remaining contenders in the AFC playoffs.

The only benefit I'd say the Chiefs have outside of simply having Andy Reid for the offense (clearly superior to Slowik), is a wealth of riches when it comes to receivers compared to the Texans. It's pretty much just Nico as the lone talent and the rest are next man ups. If Metch can hold onto the ball, Hutch steps up and Johnson gets over himself and can contribute, Stroud, Mixon, and Nico can deliver. just need Slowik to keep pace and play average/slightly above average and this Defense can bring it home.

I’m a Texans fan since the inaugural season but I’m a realist. Just because our defense played lights out in the last game at home doesn’t mean anything. We did the same last year against Cleveland and guess what everyone thought we would lose that one too. But we won and our D was amazing that game. 2 Pick 6’s. Some merit to the premise. However, Worthy, Brown, DHop ... heck, even JWat, are faster than what the Chargers put out there. Brown didn't even play in the first matchup. That's not even considering Pacheco and Perine as safety outlets. Oh, and let's not forget Kelce and Gray. A whole different set of problems for the Texans DBs/LBs than what LA presented. Secondly, notice that LA used very little motion. KC relies heavily on motion to create space. So this analysis is comparing apples to oranges. Should make for a really interesting chess match between Reid and the Texans' D. ps - Hardman is also available for this game and I didn't mention JuJu. That creates entirely different matchup issues for the Texans back end.

Some merit to the premise. However, Worthy, Brown, DHop ... heck, even JWat, are faster than what the Chargers put out there. Brown didn't even play in the first matchup. That's not even considering Pacheco and Perine as safety outlets. Oh, and let's not forget Kelce and Gray. A whole different set of problems for the Texans DBs/LBs than what LA presented. Secondly, notice that LA used very little motion. KC relies heavily on motion to create space. So this analysis is comparing apples to oranges. Should make for a really interesting chess match between Reid and the Texans' D.
ps - Hardman is also available for this game and I didn't mention JuJu. That creates entirely different matchup issues for the Texans back end.

2. Hollywood better than Quentin
3. Kelce better than all their TEs
4. Xavier Worthy!!!
5. Mahomes better than Herbert
6. Andy Reid better than Harbough
7. Pacheco and Hunt better than Gus and Dobbins.
8. The only thing Charges have better than the Chiefs offensively are Tackles. But Andy Reid will move the pocket and do quick throws.
9. Interior O line the best in the league!!
