Ohhhh I saw this in the wonderful Nerdy About Notion community yesterday and I almost had a 🐿️ moment! I’m so excited to use the 6 week sprint for something in my travel agency!
Thank you Kalyn! I found you through your Open Roading UA-cam channel as it is a goal of ours to go full time one day. I can't wait to dive into this notion template and ebook. This will be my first time using Notion as I am currently a ClickUp user (I have a love/hate relationship with it, lol).
I'm so glad you found me over here! I haven't ever used ClickUp, but I have had other subscribers move from ClickUp into Notion due to some limitations. Notion does have a learning curve, but I think you'll love it once you get used to how it works!
I'm old school so I ordered the paperback version. I can't wait to get started, I need focus! Thank you. By the way, did you do a video on how you completed your capsule wardrobe?
Thank you, Dawn! That means so much! I didn't do a video on the capsule, but I did write a blog post about it. kalynbrooke.com/clutter-free-living/capsule-wardrobe-guide/
I’m wondering if you make a difference between goals and projects.I always thought goals do not have steps built in but projects do.Can I use this template for projects?
Good question! This is always an interesting topic because I think you'll find various answers in the goal-setting world. In my opinion, a project is always a goal, but a goal isn't always a project. It depends on the type of goal you set. If your goal is an outcome, top-level goal (like saving for a $5,000 emergency fund or growing 10K followers on Instagram or losing 20lbs), that's not a project because you can't guarantee the outcome. That is exclusively a goal. You can take action steps and tackle projects to work *towards* that goal, but it may or may not happen based on what you do. The Six-Week Sprint is for any goals that are achievement-based and have a CLEAR finish line that you can pretty much guarantee. So, you can most definitely use this template for projects! I just wouldn't use it for really big top-level goals. In my personal Notion workspace, I actually have a separate database for these bigger goals, and they link to the Six-Week Sprint so I can see what lower-level goals or projects I'm working on to help me reach that top-level goal. I hope that makes sense! Please let me know if I can clarify anything more. :)
We will not be reordering the physical goal planners, but when those sell out, we will replace the listing with a digital PDF version of that planner so you can print it yourself and even 3-hole punch it if you'd like to keep it inside a notebook. I completely understand not everyone uses Notion (or wants to), so I hope that still gives you an option to use this resource!
Hi Kalyn I use Notion. I already have my task list which I’ve linked to my yearly goals. Can I link your databases to your database so they’re all.linked?
Yes, you should be able to! I provide instructions to link your own task database to the databases in the goal planner so you don't have two of the same databases. Since you already have a goal database, you'll just need to connect it to the Calendar Weeks database in the template and add a few more properties for everything to work. If you get stuck, we can go through it together in the Notion community!
Starting from your high quality templates saved me hours of time. Thank you so much for this highly valuable content.
Thank you SO much!
This is really timely! Working on a product launch and I think this is the perfect way to really put a dent in the to-do list!

Will you continue to have the physical version or will that go away because of Notion?
