Over the years I've watched this channel, I've noticed the character development of Troy gradually being able to distinguish between when a vehicle is bad and when he is bad with the vehicle. Now the next step is for him to start distinguishing between when a vehicle is good and when he is good with a vehicle.
I really like the more minimalist approach to dealing with audio corruption as opposed to trying to add in sound effects, keeping too much of the corrupted game audio, and trying to emulate faster music on lap three. This just felt a lot more clean. Great video man!
I can’t believe I almost made it into the finals in the last ko with the dolphin dasher. As soon as I saw GCN DDJ got picked, I knew it was over. In all fairness, watching the finals race was hilarious LOL, GG’s, hopefully I can get a point in this series soon.

It's not an accurate representation considering when you win, you can't use the best vehicles. I was 75% through the 1st 4 events but no longer have the top tiers
The way troy is so skilled and creative with editing and video production in general, i would not be surprised if he was actually a professional editor or something like that besides doing videos for youtube

I would LOVE to see a series (or even just a day) of wii wheel-only madness. I have so much respect for the people who make it far in these events using that thing.
I feel like the spectator system in MK Wii needs to be revamped at some point. Right now, using the same networking that the online races uses *works*, but you get huge desync that makes it hard to track, as you watch the person you're spectating fall off 17 times in 5 seconds just to teleport somewhere else in a bullet. It also makes me think that the netcode itself could maybe be improved in general to keep the desync more minimal between clients
The mach bike and the flame runner are tiered astronomically higher than all the other vehicles in 200cc It'll be a miracle if you get another W in this one
Hi Troy! I wish there was a way to add bonus items at the start of a cup. It would be good for both keeping rooms consistent after a disconnection, but it could also be a cool handicap to incentivize newer players to join.
Shoutout to Lazer placing 4th in the last event with just 36 points. I’m always rooting for the people who are constantly just squeaking by into the next rounds and end up making it far with relatively few points - it’s so fun to pay attention to things like that.
Hey man love the content. Was curious if you'd consider removing the current music pack soon though. An episode with actual Mario kart music made it so much better to watch then the same Persona 5 song for the 5th time in a row... Keep it up!
hey btw just a heads up mario and daisy have the same handling bonus (2) but mario gives u some extra acceleration, weight and drift while daisy gives you speed and miniturbo
When playing with 24 players, the item you get it the placement youre in devided by 2. For example when u are 16th place, you get item from 8th place. So you can get shock in 23rd and 24th. When ur in 7th place you get the item of 4th place ect
This reminds me of that one video from long long ago when the audio got corrupted and Troy faithfully dubbed in everything, Including the sound effects
If I'm learning anything here it's that the Sneakster is trash. There are a ton of corners, even on Nintendo tracks, that it just can't make. At that point I'd rather just use the Wild Wing or some other outside drifting vehicle.
Just saying without playing, but I think you should give a shot to Peach, +6 drift stat is pretty cool on these low tiers, and her +2 speed kind of keep up with Daisy 👀
Troy used his bonuses _waaaaaaaaay_ too liberally. The most egregious case was at 46:20. Dudes already in a safe spot, and yes, it is a scary track, but with an item box literally right there, the extra 2 milliseconds wait to get the item is fine. Save the item for when you desperately need it... Like for example, 48:32
Mentioned the mini beast and honestly? I'd love to see you try that if not for a normal day for the kart event I *think* you mentioned but I'm probably misremembering. That or the Tiny Titan for no other reason past I think it's a neat little vehicle and has the best name out of all of the vehicles relative to what it is.

It very much depends on the gamemode (150cc, mirror, 200cc, 400cc, 9999cc, item rain, karts only, custom tracks, etc). But overall I think Troy is a top 5 player. Even though only a few thousand people still play this game.

Incredibly good at the game, when he has a levelled playing field with the S tiers he can win easily, hence why he's on 4 points already.
