Luthier dust is the violin version of gamer girls bath water oml😂😂
Love your videos Olaf, keep giving the world insight into the luthier’s craft🎻🎻🎻
For a moment there I though the pouch was like a pillow for the violin.
Is there any cases exactly like this except you can fit the violin with the shoulder rest on?
Edit: can I buy the dust separately
Haha... Sure... The dust is still $997.50 🙂... It's valuable stuff.
Maybe take the case at the same time.
Unfortunately I don't know of any cases that allows you to keep the shoulder-rest on.
There is good shoulder-rest storage at the side
You are so humorous, Olaf
You're hilarious. I just love it. Never change.
If wood-workshop was a scent, I would buy the candle.
Maybe not $997.50 tho. I'm saving for a new case.
I haven't had a BAM. I do have a few Musafias and they are very nice but more traditional. Not sure how I feel about the bows going in backwards though. It would take some getting used to. It may have an advantage in that the frog is not over the body of the violin and less likely to bash up the top.
the dust is priceless
And the dust continues
i saw a dusty violin case once in a museum. it contained an example of john t. thompson's work. interesting looking typewriter. interesting way to carry a typewriter.
Is that a double bass to the left?
Your workshop dust contains ten grams of varnish and wood sandings of the Stradivarius Violin you restored. The violin costs ten million dollars. Therefore the dust does cost ten thousand dollars in total. Assuming that you sell dust to ten customers, each customer must pay you thousand dollars . QED. 🤑
Nice
For that price I’d rather have a Musafia. 😬
You forgot to tell us the names and ages of specific violins that the dust came from. It's all about the pedigree when it comes to violin shop dust...
Lol
3rd one looks horrible lol
