Mostly stable 50-60 but the problem appeard when i spawned too many NPCs, then i experienced huge drops but this is entierly my fault, not the mods.

My Russian is a bit rusty so let me answer in English: I use debug mode: Make myself invisible then change faction and then i go back to being visible.
