    Hello DrPal
Do you recognize one issue we have with our Indian community where many men cant even cook ruce or dont know how to cook
In such households, even if men want to do say intermittent fasting - they cant until the wife is on-board and educates herself
In my house, all our health improved greatly bcoz me (woman who does the cooking) is your follower! Thank you for educating us !

First you doctors come to a conclusion if saturated fat is good or bad. In one episode you say ghee and coconut oil is the magical elixir and in the very next episode we have this.
Now don’t come back with your standard answer as moderation is key. As this lady clearly says to stay clear of saturated fat.
Looks like even the doctors do not have any legitimate and strong research to back up what they preach , everyone would come up with a different research to support their version of truth.
So ultimately it’s up to you to experiment with your food and decide what suits your
Next time a health influencer asks you to eat this not that , question them on their source for the information and the source should be a broad research with repeatable outcomes and not just one instance with 200 odd subjects

Already declared my love for Roshni ji in her previous podcast with Dr Pal.. IMF doesnt always mean International Monetary Fund😅 never heard of IMF before.. Very informative video explaining medical term in lay person language.. 'Chewing gum' is the culprit and had never known this before i watched this video.
And Dr Pal, you are just amazing in how you change your energy while interviewing a guest ( always, always shining the spotlight on them, ever humble, learning from them) vs when you are talking directly to your audience. There are many hosts who could learn a thing or two from you!

Ghee and coconut oil in moderation are good for health. They have essential fatty acids required for many bodily functions. Also, saturated fats are required for the long-term storage of fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K.

I really like when she talks about desserts. I am also a vegetarian and staying in USA. We mostly don't buy any desserts because everything is made with egg. So 90% I am happy as I am not having to eat more sugars, the 10 pc I would feel bad sometimes you feel like and we are not able to make it. I completely get her its always good that we are not having a chance to buy as options are not there

Can you make video on which salt to be used?
There are varieties in Tata salt which is commonly used it India
Like common table salt : iodised and vaccume evaporated, sodium curtailed iodised salt etc
But less sodium intake can lead to hyperkalemia due to high pottasium
Also it’s healthy to avoid hypertension
Also there are types of salt like
    Pink salt, black salt etc
    All these are confusing
Please make a video on this
Also share which is healthier option

Dr Pal, one general observation, only our India doctors demonize Saturated fat like Ghee, Butter, Coconut Oil, Eggs etc, interviewing these conventional knowledge based doctors would actually create a confusion in the guys like me who follows and advocates high fat diets. I saw some Indian doctors who said 3 eggs a day will kill you, 2 spoons of ghee also cuases strokes etc etc, I would have not cared if some quack uttered these lines but from the mouth of very qualified doctors is what worries me. For Example in this interview when you contradicted her on the fat she gave a very bad example saying a person smoking 10 ciggys adding 2 will not cause any danger and the person who just started will have more chances ? She forgot that the person who is smoking 10 also started with one or two per day lolz , but this example is very bad when comparing with healthy Fats. I like the way you spin your theories contradicting this kind of questions. Keep doing that I appreciate your efforts. My only confusion is whether these doctors are under informed on the fats or we are overly informed 🥺😇

You have guests who say contradictory things. Like one says meat is must and the other says avoid meat. This is going to be very contradicting to your followers. They will get confused and would choose to follow nothing at the end.
When the guest contradicts what you preach, I think you should put forth your argument and also provide a conclusion so that people get an idea.
