Crimean war Gun Emplacement and Fishing Adventure

Alex and I explored a gun emplacement from the Crimean War, here in New Zealand. Fort Jervois on Ripapa Island was built in case the Russians invaded as NZ was still a British Colony at the time.
We also tried to catch some fish.
