That was a suspension insulator for high voltage lines. They bring about 10 bucks a disk if they are older. They typically have the year of manufacture on them

We found some west Blocton coke bottles in Mississippi a few years ago under a house built in the 20s. They’re hard to find from my research. Apparently there was a coke bottling plant in West Blocton way back in the day.

Grew up in Sandusky as a kid 15 years ago, not super old area but certain places especially old houses in the woods. If you could get permission the woods on haven drive has an old barn and house in the woods.

Do you have to get permission to dig these said "vacant" lots? Does anyone ever ask what you are doing ? Call the police or anything like that?
