Hi Tomy! Just came across your channel. Just subbed to support a fellow UA-cam Vlogger and hiker out there. I vlog my adventures from the east coast of the US, mainly in the Appalachian Mountains. Just spreading some positivity and support to your channel. Love watching videos from all over the world and supporting people in my UA-cam outdoors community. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. ~RVA Hiker Girl~
Fantastic explore! Just some incredible running water and scenes indeed...brings back some great memories of my time living in the Lower Mainland. Hope you are keeping well out there in the heat and keeping safe with the wildfires. So much beauty...thanks so much for sharing. Hope you will be enjoying a wonderful week...Bruce and Otis
First off, nice to see you back out on the trail. I really like your videos. Drove right past the trail head today, had to make a run to Gold River, such a beautiful drive. I hear you about old injuries, mine goes back to when I was 11 and ended my NHL chances hahaha. Bad knees it is. How steep is the trail to the campsites. I really want to try some day hikes, maybe an overnight, but with the knees complaining like they do, steep is out of the question. Looking forward to the next adventure.
I find the first part to the first campsite was the easiest of the trail. It does go up and down but not difficult. I feel it was steeper in the second part. Been sooooo busy at work, I haven’t had time to get out or make content for either of my YT channels. Back to work this week…. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to get back out soon. Thanks for your following
Great video tomy! Smart call on knowing your body, it wouldn’t have been an ideal situation if you had an injury out there. I rolled my ankle 500m from the lake last year and it wasn’t fun coming out.. Really enjoyed seeing a video from you again!
Thanks man, been way too busy at work.. no time or energy to get out… I feel about 1km from the lake on the way down. Lost my footing on the rocks by the river and almost went in trying to catch my water bottle and broken trekking pole. Hit my knee real hard and my elbow. I always rely on my poles to help the descent, definitely was harder than usual. I think turning around was definitely the right call. Appreciate your continued following 🤙
Great video, my friend! Lovely hiking adventure! The nature is amazing, too.. Those mountains are incredible...Enjoyed watching it a lot! Cheers from Russia, Tomy , and how about visiting my channel as well? I've got something to share about camping hacks and tips ! Anyway, best wishes in your plans and beginnings! Regards, Yuriy!
thank you !
