Dear Mark Hedger, thank you for your advice but we only have two doctors both male non British who work just three days per week each. It’s a nightmare trying to make an appointment with the receptionist blocking most requests to speak or see the doctors. It had very bad consequences for me recently as I waited so long trying to get an appointment that I became very poorly and had to be rushed to A&E with my life in danger.
@Florence Florence very sorry to hear of your health issues, here's wishing you a full and speedy recovery, if you are able to look at Dr jack kruse podcasts on youtube ,a controversial neurosurgeon who has new health science information which greatly helped my wife and me .(we now are able to mainly bypass the medical GP system as we got better by ourselves following this new information)good luck dear.

I've maintained my car and spent good money keeping it in good order and on its longevity. It's got 1,000's of miles left on the clock but it'll have to go by August. What Jihadi Khan has done all his political career is claim to be inclusive, modern, feminist, pro LGBGT etc. I know for a fact when dealing as a councillor them MP he was when not in front if cameras, condescending, misogynistic, rude & a racist. 1st hand reports on this & he was warned on numerous occasions by staff & the Labour party. Perhaps this is a good time to get to understand the whole story about nitrogen dioxide in the atmosphere.Natural sources make up about 67% of the total, leaving 33% to ALL human activity. Of the human activity, some 67% (of that 33%) is generated by agriculture. Biomass burning in power generation accounts for 10%, and decomposition of human sewerage amounts to about 3%. When other lesser sources are discounted, that leaves about 10% from vehicle exhaust. That's 10% of 33%.
These figures are from 2019, so the replacement of old vehicles with electric cars in the past 4 years will have reduced this vehicle component to about 8.5% - but increased power station output.
So even if all combustion engined cars were removed from the roads, the best we could expect to see would be a 3% reduction in total NO2 levels in the atmosphere.
This begs the question as to how Khan comes to the conclusion that vehicles are responsible for any respiritory deaths at all llet alone the 4000 he claims.
But then this is just my understanding, as a long retired engineer with a post-grad Diploma in Transport Economics who worked on traffic management for the original GLC and cycled up to 70 miles a day across London besides spending much of my time at busy roadsides.
The real problem is that too few members of the public (and Councellors, MPs, etc) are in full possession of the scientific facts. If they were, then this daft idea would never got beyond the mind of the ignorant mayor.
