@2:39, I see. So by 2018, Tein has indeed changed to "rotary motion" during painting to evenly distribute paint coat. This requires start-stop indexing while rotating, which "slows down" the line speed vs previous continuous-conveyor. Duplex-station design is adopted to restore to original line-speed, even with the 'slow down' for the paint station. Nice. 👍👍👍 I'm catching up on the various Tein videos. Saw an older factory tour video earlier. I like the 2018's video format much better. Can also see a few process improvements, besides the paint process mentioned above. Great job! Should have watched them before my purchase decision. But whatever. I like my new Tein coilovers so far. 🙂
Tein place changed? 25 years ago i was worked in tein as a kenshusei from Indonesia.. First place on a totsuka ku kamibe chou. Now where is the place company?
