    Granted that everyone’s experiences are different for a variety of reasons, the only thing I’ve had luck with from All Ballz is wheel bearings. Everything else I’ve used has been an issue including carb rebuild kits. After all my experiences I only use OEM parts even if it does take weeks to get sometimes. Thanks for sharing your efforts.

      Yes and this was my first bad experience but Amazon had a replacement in less than 24 hours. I also realized the 2nd set was packaged in a sealed bag in the box unlike the original so I am hoping they weren't a used cleaned and returned set. So far so good though

    Rotors are supposed to have play in them, they are floating rotors

    You won't be 'punching out' those brake caliper pins.. they are hex bolts torqued to 11ft lbs.

    One other thing you didn’t mention is “setting the cap” before you install it back onto the cartridge. You have to unscrew the rebound adjuster (the flat head on the top of the fork cap) all the way, then screw it in 4 full revolutions. This will give you the proper range of adjustment for your rebound setting.
    I’ve been a motorcycle mechanic for 9 years, I work at Catalyst Reaction Suspension tuning and it’s one of the most common mistakes I see with people who rebuild their own forks.

      Yes true. I didnt film that part and on one of the r1 builds I did I learned the hard way

      By unscrewing the top adjuster, do you mean taking it to the softest setting?

      i dont remember the thread. One of our builds we couldn't even use the motion pro tool and ended up using a nut and long bolt instead'

      Yes I do. Once you switch you wont go back if your not on a track!

    How much is this bike lowered in the front+rear ??

      I think maybe 1/2" in front and 1" in rear.

    original Fork oil have 15.3 cst, your Maxima 10 oil have 37.4 cst !!!! Doubble hard !! to much hard is no Grip

      Actually with a 200lb loaded rider this works great. Stops my slightly oversized front tire from bumping my radiator during street use. So far so good
