  • Hammer toes and claw toes can be a pain! The tips of the toes can drive into the bottom of footwear and the tops can rub on the top of the shoes. This can lead to skin breakdown, infection, calluses, blisters and so much more!
Here I demonstrate a relatively easy fix with the use of an orthotic and metatarsal pad.

I have a partially amputated big toe. Now my second toe is doing all the work and curling down and slightly pulling on nail. dr put a similar wrap with pad. doesn't seem to be doing anything but make me feel like I'm walking on a hump. I was hoping for a more permanent solution. we'll see what happens. actually quite uncomfortable walking on the pad

Name the orthotic name to use dr

That orthodic also has a narrow toebox. She got in this position because of narrow toe vox shoes. Treating any other symptom skips over the root cause.
