Having used Syria as a "testing ground" since 2015, Russia started terrorizing Ukraine with "double-tap" attacks following the full-scale invasion. Those attacks have grown more frequent in recent weeks.
Russian "double-tap" attacks against Ukraine have killed and injured dozens of rescuers, police officers, medics, and journalists who should be protected by international law. The Kyiv Independent's Dinara Khalilova explains everything you need to know about this cruel tactic.

We foretold it. We warned about what volunteering to fight a proxy war for the West would mean for Ukraine. That's why so many of us begged Ukraine not to violate the Minsk Accords. But Ukraine didn't listen to people such as us. Instead, they listened to people such as Merkel, Johnson, Nuland etc. The same people who created the disasters of Iraq and Afghanistan. That's who's advice Ukraine decided to take. Now they have created yet another disaster in Ukraine.

The IRA used similar tactics in Ireland, they would hit a patrol and then wait for emergency workers and support troops to arrive before detonating a larger device. Clearly designed to target emergency workers and civilians.

Why must it be Ukraine to pursue “peace talks” when Putin was the who started the war, invaded Crimea, and began the “Special Military Operation”? If anything is to be negotiated, it should be Russia withdrawing its troops from ALL of Ukraine.
Ukraine and Russia are doing tit for tat because Ukraine targets civilians in the Donbass and Lugansk regions, this is a war crime, so after 2 years, Russia has taken off the gloves and learning the same tactics the ukrainains are using in this conflict. Kudos to both sides!

I could see doing that on military targets and think Ukraine should do that since they don't target civilians like the russian rabble but the russians do target civilians and developed this from a terrorist tactic with bombs and probably from their pal assadhole in syria they both being terrorist with aircraft and missiles one bomb goes off but there is a second bomb waiting for people to arrive to help
With all this, you would think Ukraine men would be signing up to fight in larger numbers. It takes months to train soldiers at a basic level.
They are signing up in such numbers that the Ukrainian military is turning people away because they don't have the physical resources to equip said men.

Thousands of Ukrainian men every month are literally trying to flee the country through telegram smuggling groups and the new mobilization law that was implemented basically states that Ukrainian men who are living abroad have to return back to Ukraine and die for Zelensky. Along with the shortage of infantrymen in Ukrainian military and Zelenskys b.s claims about his army only losing 31,000 men just truly speaks volume on what's really going on, Zelensky is literally going to grind every man in Ukraine for somebody else's interests.
