This is a fantastic hack! That floral paper is gorgeous and matches the cover beautifully!! Could you have added the clear laminate behind the floral paper (i.e., are the screws long enough for two pieces of paper) for additional stability or would that have made the whole thing too stiff?

I was wondering if you could attach the mechanism to both the clear laminate page (the first one) and the floral page. Are the screws long enough to accomodate two. And would that make it any more stable?

Question if I may please….a 3m laminated sheet (with nothing, just clear) VS a sheet of Acetate…which one of these is THICKER? Thanks so very much!!

On a guess, I'm thinking the acetate would probably be thicker. If not thicker, it's a bit less flexible than the 3mil laminate.
The black planner cover is from AngieBowtique on Etsy, but the last time I checked the shop was closed. I messaged her a few weeks ago to see if she planned to reopen, and I haven't received a response.

I’ve bought the clear plastic ring binders and used them -they are pretty cheap….some I had to cut down to fit but works well too

I love this idea! I was wondering that instead of using laminate, maybe you can use a placemat or cutting mat from the Dollar Store.

What made you want to switch from discs to rings? (I'm currently considering the opposite)
Mostly because I get bored and I can use different things for the setup. I ended up with discs in the end.
