I've been hit in the front, and the part where it open and closes for air intake its broken, some harnesses are everywhere. I took it to the dealer/body shop and told me it'll cost 5000 CAD to fix.
Any suggestions? I am planning on rebuilding it on my own rather than insurance or paying the body shop.

Need to replace a foglamp assembly which requires removing the bumper. This demystifies that process and using the proper tools as you identified I'm sure I can do this and save mucho $$ I would have had to pay the dealer. Thanks so much brother!

@@DIYHonda Follow up. I was unable to remove all the white clips addressed in step 2. Got the middle one behind the Honda logo but couldn't get either of the side ones out using the method and tool you demonstrated and was leery to pry too hard on the trim assembly. Instead I was able to loosen up the left fender and underside body panels enough that I could get at the fog lamp assembly from below and replace it. It was some work and would have been easier if I had raised the front end up a few inches...next time. Regardless your video gave me enough information to do the job one way or the other. Thanks

My dad's front bumper was little out side from left side while I was trying to remove the black fender trim I accidentally broked that yellow clip but tbh I have one clip left that didn't broke and other issues I am facing now when I finally lined the bumper to it place Idk why but the bottom fender trip screw doesn't goes in I feel like I lost something from that screw cause it just doesn't goes in now idk what should I do to put that screw back in since it doesn't goes in so ya I am thinking of making a small clip for the screw so I can screw back in but still I feel like it doesn't gonna work 😅😭😭😭. And ya if u thinking how I took that yellow clip off is when I was trying to use my fingers and trying to push it out ward then it didn't work but I justed a flat head screwdriver to push it outward and finally the the fender trim came off but. Sadly I broke bottom yellow clip tbh I it's still stays in without one clip broken but the thing is how do I put the screw back in since it doesn't goes in and sry for my bad grammer hope u understand stand what I am trying to say 😅😭
If you've got an adaptive cruise sensor on the grill does that need to be recalibrated if you remove the bumper?
No, it only needs to be recalibrated if you replace the actual adaptive cruise radar unit.

Do you know how to open add on bumper front and rear. I mean, the grey add on bumper
nice this was way more simple then i thought it was going to be. some garbage human hit and ran my girlfriend in the sweet spot up front when she was parked so i guess we got lucky it was just cosmetic.
