How do you fix the bottom black bumper if you hit something and a plunger and hot water doesn't work? l found the bottom black plastic to be extremely hard (meaning you can't push it out with bare hands) and wanted to know if one can use a hammer after removing the complete bumper cover

Great video - can you tell me if I can remove just the upper grill part with the H emblem on a 2015 CR-V? There is a plastic cover over the H that needs to be replaced or removed. There is a front camera that fits in the top part of the H on other CRV's without the plastic cover. Not even sure I can find the replacement cover. Thanks in advance.
