Being friendly is fine but the teacher as well as students MUST know where to draw the line else one loses respect. Try to give verbal reminder - You are crossing the line.

Hi Harshita , usually a school informs you with your preparedness. First day be presentable, carry your stationery and lunch box. If you have been told the class and subject you are going to take and provided books, you can prepare a lesson plan for one lesson.
