I had a very bad experience with my demo class. I was prepared for the demo class according to the tips, but when I got there, the teacher gave me a random topic from the book which was completely conceptual and told me to present it to the class without giving me any time to read it beforehand. And it was my first time ever teaching. As you know, everybody needs to prepare a lecture before class, especially if you're a newbie. I got really nervous and didn't know how to handle the situation. There was complete silence in the class and everyone was just staring at me. I tried my best to give the lecture based on what I understood at the time, but honestly I couldn't even understand what I was saying. It was like a nightmare to me.
Really it was very bad happened with you ,they must give you some time to go through with the chapter .... anyways don't take it seriously...just take it easy ...best wishes and good luck for next time👍
