It's easy. Just don't do what everyone else is doing which is:
    1) Indebt yourself for college
    2) Buy a car
    3) Buy a house
    4) Invest in a retirement account
    5) Send your kids to college
Makes sense since all of this creates financial obligations that really don't pay off down the line. The house may get you a little down the line once it's paid off, but you can get way more buying/creating a business down the line.
    Instead:
    1) Invest in yourself
    2) Buy/create businesses (And make use of all the tax deductions you can. At the same time, pay yourself a modest salary while reinvesting most of what you make)
    3) Don't buy an expensive car
    4) Rent, don't buy
    5) Work hard and make sure you really really really really really really really really really really really want it (Because if you don't really want it, you should do what everyone else is doing. It's safer).

Vlad, great interview. Very manly, straight on point and opened. Nice questions. I think Grant came to you because you put "different" questions than others and are not afraid to comment on his statements, even teasing him with other interviewers.
About the video I enjoyed that you are in background and that there is not music to disturb.

My name is T. Jeffery and I have been a member over a year now. I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work your organization has put in to repair my credit. When I first started last year, my FICO scores were in the mid 500s to lower 600s. As of June 15, 2007, my wife (member also) and I were able to close escrow on our new dream home. My credit scores are now in the upper 600s to lower 700s! I received a great interest rate of 6.25% on a 30 year fixed rate [mortgage]. Again, I'm very pleased with your services and I will continue to spread the word regarding your services. Thanks VladimirCorp youre the best

I met Grant Cardone several years ago when my company hired him. He literally changed my life. We thought we were hotshots with the money we were making. But Grant showed us that we weren’t reaching our full potential and we could be earning so much more, a lot more.

If you get a good deal on a house with a mortgage thats far less than your areas current rents its no way you can lose. You have more money at the end of the month to invest or invest in yourself. Its not about trying to "get rich" off of it....its about running the numbers. Shelter is a sunk cost. You gon' pay... whether its to a landlord or to a lender. So you need to do what makes sense for your family.

Right Sis! And if you rent you can't leverage that. You can leverage your home even with a mortgage to start and run a business. Listen to what Byron Allen said on the Breakfast Club.

If you take into account all factors, water heater every few years, new roof every 20 years, supplies to repair things and do yard work and stuff, plus property taxes and insurance, and
you’re still beating rent then it’s worth it. Can’t overlook all the hidden expenses.

Everyone’s different. We all have pros and cons of wanting to rent or buy.
Some people like renting because that money isn’t counted towards your DTI. Active investors are picky about their DTI lol. So that alone could be enough reason to be a renter.
