Props man….

Loved loved loved this interview, just finish watching it and it spoke to my soul
I’ve listened to this dude for a while now and have followed some of his advice, he knows his shit and my $$$ literacy and situation is def improving. He cuts through the bull and gives it to you raw.
It's easy. Just don't do what everyone else is doing which is:
1) Indebt yourself for college
2) Buy a car
3) Buy a house
4) Invest in a retirement account
5) Send your kids to college
Makes sense since all of this creates financial obligations that really don't pay off down the line. The house may get you a little down the line once it's paid off, but you can get way more buying/creating a business down the line.
Instead:
1) Invest in yourself
2) Buy/create businesses (And make use of all the tax deductions you can. At the same time, pay yourself a modest salary while reinvesting most of what you make)
3) Don't buy an expensive car
4) Rent, don't buy
5) Work hard and make sure you really really really really really really really really really really really want it (Because if you don't really want it, you should do what everyone else is doing. It's safer).
Fucking groundbreaking!!!!🙉🤯
I could've never thought of those points without this guy. /s

An optimal investment portfolio is one that, despite market instability, satisfies your short-, medium-, and long-term objectives. A better strategy to outperform the market and create wealth is to purchase and hold exceptional firms over the course of years and decades.
@Gregg Bartel it’s why I’m only Investing in stocks with recent quarterly and annual earnings growth of at least 25%, nothing less.
It sometimes might be best to consider low risks options, I’m taking advantage of small price moves, it can be a lucrative game if played correctly.

Excellent advice! I'am really proud of the work you do VLAD! And Thank you Mr. Cardone for taking the time to share your experiences and information. A great piece of work.
Enjoyed this content & I needed this. ✅
Vlad, great interview. Very manly, straight on point and opened. Nice questions. I think Grant came to you because you put "different" questions than others and are not afraid to comment on his statements, even teasing him with other interviewers.
About the video I enjoyed that you are in background and that there is not music to disturb.
As a suggestion, could you please use the same volume level with your interviewer (listening in my car it was difficult for me to hear you compared to Grant).
Can’t get any more open and honest than that.

What Grant said @ 1:05:30 is exactly what happened to me. I bought an investment house in San Antonio, Texas last month for $250k when it was worth $400k. My credit scores are now in the upper 600s to lower 700s! I received a great interest rate of 6.25% on a 30 year fixed rate [mortgage]. If you get a good deal on a house with a mortgage thats far less than your areas current rents its no way you can lose. You have more money at the end of the month to invest or invest in yourself. Its not about trying to "get rich" off of it....its about running the numbers. Shelter is a sunk cost. You gon' pay... whether its to a landlord or to a lender. So you need to do what makes sense for your family.
Right Sis! And if you rent you can't leverage that. You can leverage your home even with a mortgage to start and run a business. Listen to what Byron Allen said on the Breakfast Club.
If you take into account all factors, water heater every few years, new roof every 20 years, supplies to repair things and do yard work and stuff, plus property taxes and insurance, and
you’re still beating rent then it’s worth it. Can’t overlook all the hidden expenses.
Finally!! Someone agrees with me🤙🏽
Agreed.
Everyone’s different. We all have pros and cons of wanting to rent or buy.
Some people like renting because that money isn’t counted towards your DTI. Active investors are picky about their DTI lol. So that alone could be enough reason to be a renter.
I like how he teach the game. It’s straight up no bs
wow.. This is mindblowing post covid. Grant you have great foresight
When you hear it, it makes perfect sense!
