These are only show up of govt, no committee need if govt take required step for any matter seriously, 1) There most be AC in every loco, bcz it is very hard to perform duty in 50-52 degree celcius inside loco. 2) Increase Loco Running staff, which will minimise stress of running staffs 15-16 hr continue duty. 3) Periodic Rest most be 30+16= 46 hr, insted of 30 hr.

I disagree with the demand for not taking a separate aptitude test for distinct trains. Each loco is different. Hence, a separate test is required. Rest demands are fine.
The time has come to introduce driverless trains and reduce dependency on those trying to derail and pose a risk in the future..This is the best way and that is the future...These thugs become active after RG meets them.
Speed of Train is 130 KMPH , sometimes at NIGHT and need continuous complete concentration at this SPEED and Time ...thats why for safety it should be 6hrs
