Same here. I ordered last week and received it on Friday 11-24 expecting the holiday packaging and box which photos showed, and I clicked for the full packaging as well but nothing. I was disappointed, too! All was for me, but I like to display my box. Maybe I will reach out to Dior, too. Thanks, enjoy your goodies, and have a great week!
i had that too last year with the red one, the answer was that they only have a certain amount and If thats gone you won't get it. so I guess thats what happening here too.
I’ve also tried this year to get the holiday gift wrap package with multiple online orders this season since the launch, with no avail. 😡 Maybe with all my freebies I add with code bumps it to the larger box. I find it’s best to get holiday gift wrap with an SA at the beauty counter. 😔🤷🏻♀️ 2nd year I’ve tried getting the holiday gift wrap online, and failed on all orders. I don’t understand how everyone else online is getting it. Or maybe only the influencers…
Same thing happened to me last year! They promoted curated items not in gift pouch ( I think same or similar “set” as you purchased!) with the holiday gift box in the background in photos. I too was severely disappointed last year when I received in the classic white box and not the blue holiday one. Granted the gift set listed late in the holiday season so maybe they ran out, but still they were ADVERTISING with holiday gift boxes. 😡 You were fooled this year too! Shame on Dior for false advertising.
I’ve seen a couple videos of people who bought the pouches. I believe the only ones that come with the fancier packaging are the ones that are pictured with it online - like the perfumes. So far everyone who bought the pouches received them in that packaging! 😭
The one I got had the box pictures with it. And I’ve bought similar sets in past years and seasons and they have come with the box. We’ll see. I still need to reach out to them.
@@leanna.6410 I just emailed them. I’ve been super busy with work and haven’t had a chance. I received a reply saying responses may be delayed due to high volume (probably everyone asking where their boxes are haha). I’ll let you know when I hear back.
That's odd that your gift set didn't get the holiday box packaging as advertised. That's disappointing especially if it's being gifted to someone. Hopefully customer service can rectify or compensate you.
I have had at least six issues with orders where Dior did not send one or more of the gifts with purchase over the past 8 months. It has really made me reconsider buying their products. Just received another order today that was missing another deluxe mini. (The thing that is missing is never the tiny samples. 😢) I am soo disappointed. If it was once, it wouldn't be so bad. Or if the customer would send you the missing items or a better gift (if it was sold out), that would be fine but that's not the case. I am soo frustrated that as soon as I get my platinum gifts this year... no more Dior for me.
i hate how they make such differences between the countries.. me here in Germany, there is no offer for a jewelry box what so ever.. all your codes do not work at all.. it just sucks.

I ordered the same blush set and hoping it arrives in the Dior Holiday gift box as advertised.
And the upside down label! Even if it’s a bonus sample, I’d expect more from a luxury brand like Dior.

Yes - I think they ran or forgot because I looked at the packing slip and everything had a checkmark in pen next to it minus the gift wrap.

Yes, that is annoying. I agree they should offer the same or similar things. Right now it’s a notebook they are offering here.
But in Europe the products are cheaper than here! The jewelry box was not really nice though! I love the loyalty program gifts!
