It seems like a lot of people confuse difficulty with the amount of work there is. Sure, it can be difficult to complete all of the work, but that doesn’t mean the coursework itself is difficult
Maybe they're just tired of talking to even mince everything for a youtube video. In a stressful environment, you choose the things worth stressing about.
Well, difficult can mean different things, but it can be separated into two parts: complexity and volume of work. So there is simple and complex, as well as small or large volume of work. Simple and low volume = really easy Complex and Low Volume = Hard Simple and High Volume = Hard Complex and High Volume = Extremely hard
@@aliyousifeisaal-shuwaili9431it’s certainly difficult there’s a high baseline of intelligence but degrees like engineering and analytics are ‘harder’ to understand but that could just be me. Law school is the most work tho 100% and having an actual life while getting good grades is very difficult. Probably overall the hardest degree at least over here in the UK. Certainly the grade results show that.
My brother breezed through law school and he is a very good litigation lawyer. But he is very good with logic. It's like a puzzle for him. So he can talk circles around people in a debate. The way he does it is crazy. He also has Aspergers.
As a business and marketing major, we also study law so I don't think law school will be harder for a person who studied business since business is full of maths and as a math hater, law school would be way better than business school. Also we study corporate, business and tax law in business program so we already have experience of hell.
Weird question for you. I am writing a short story. If I win every lottery drawing for three month in a row, and then go on record as saying that I got the winning PowerBall and Mega Millions numbers from my great grandson who traveled back in time...is that insider trading? Would that be legal? What if I said that God sent an angel to me in a series of dreams, and that is how I got the winning lottery numbers? Would the government try to take away my winnings if my time traveling great grandson gave me the numbers? ...if I said that an angel from Heaven gave them to me?
That's an interesting question. Insider trading is when you use non-public knowledge, like confidential company information, to gain a stock market advantage. Maybe one could argue time travel is a form of non-public information, but lottery tickets are not stock trading. That would maybe fall under some fraud statute. I think a court would have trouble holding someone liable for that under current law. If time travel existed, legislature would need to make new laws to prevent that.
@@Poplinman I can just see the public reaction if: 01. I win evey lottery drawing for a month. 02. I get on the news. 03. I tell everyone that God sent an angel to me in a dream, which gave me the winning numbers. 04. The government investigates me for "insider trading", saying that that information from God is not public knowledge. 05. How many Christians believe my story and write in that the government should leave me alone.
There were some real dumb people in my former friend's law school. They are also my former friend cause they weren't that smart. Future lawyer, people! ....Great
It's actually a lot of writing, and the law books are written very pretentious to deliberately make it more difficult. There are also a lot of court cases a person needs to know, so it's testing various parts of the brain even if it's not as analytical.

So the course isn’t really hard to just pass?

You can tell Blake is smart asf 😂😂
Exactly
You can tell he wants you to think he’s smart because he unnecessarily mentions that he did an honors double major in undergrad
I think he’s just a nerd
If he’s in law school, he is at least not dumb.
Not necessarily
My brother breezed through law school and he is a very good litigation lawyer. But he is very good with logic. It's like a puzzle for him. So he can talk circles around people in a debate. The way he does it is crazy. He also has Aspergers.
A lawyer told me that the boring nature of much of the material is what made law school difficult for him.
The suits theme song in the background ??

@@dylanroberts93onggg
YESSS!
Thalia is the true lawyer considering how she answered

Zepher and Blake I wanna hire em
What law school are you guys at cause that matters lol
No one's commented? Lol
What law school are you at ?
In terms of difficulty it does not matter but in terms of employability it does.
@@longhill11What law school are YOU at?
It actually doesn’t all school teach pretty much the same thing

It’s not hard, Just depressing. Once you miss some content then you spark a whole chain reaction thats gonna make it tougher as you go by
I’m definitely a ‘Thalia’😂😂😂
I’m skeptical… we don’t know their standards for themselves. If they just want to get a C vs an A+ then the difficulty obviously changes.

Law school is just annoying more than anything!
Please explain
There were some real dumb people in my former friend's law school. They are also my former friend cause they weren't that smart. Future lawyer, people! ....Great
so funny
Them dong is legendary iykyk
Blake sounds like Justin Trudeau
Sounds like the double majors think it’s not hard lol.
What’s a major?
Like an elective
Like an elective, u get to choose what you want to learn
your main focus in college
Turn up the crappy background music, I can still hear them talking.
What law school?
Detroit Mercy Law School
Blake is def a genius he just looks like it and acts like it
Lol. Nah. He's probably a typical gunner wannabe, but idk about a genius. Lots of law students look and sound like that, and they are mid at best.
@@susanb.8285ok susan
He's at a pretty low ranked law school. No shade, but he's not a genius
blake took a minor in talking like elliot rodger
Sad that I thought her name was Satute of Feauds
Law school is basically just reading comprehension. Now if it had quantum physics and advanced mathematics, thats a whole different story.
