If you want a clean easy way to drain the oil and not have to unscrew the oil drain plug. Just stab the bottom of the oil filter with an ice pick under the car very carefully. And very gently. Thst way all the oil will be draining through the old oil filter into a bucket or oil draining pan and you won't have to get very dirty by unscrewing the oil draining plug. Under the car. Also take the cap off where you put new oil in so it will have air running through it so it will be draining faster when you drain the old oil out.

Because we just don't do enough oil changes to have it take up space, we have a collision shop, not a mechanic shop.
