It is at this point where there is a problem, the list of scheduled post to choose form only contains 9 posts and the first two are "scheduled" but the other 7 in the list are already live???? Thank you! There are two possible solutions for this: 1. Go to Settings > Messenger > Refresh Permissions. This might work and after it, it could be that it shows all of your scheduled posts. 2. Use the "Custom" tab instead of "Scheduled Posts" and paste the Facebook Post ID. You can find a quick tutorial on how to find that here: support.shoppop.com/faqs-and-troubleshooting/troubleshooting/facebook-post-ids. Nope, it won't affect that. The only thing that changes when you set the Manychat Role to Primary, is that all messages in the Facebook Page Inbox are set to Done. So if you are using the Facebook Page Inbox, it's good to be aware of this.

You can see it inside Contacts, and then go to the particular contact. If you want to send emails, you can set up the Email channel by going to Settings > Email.

Hey Niagaras! What you mean by "Marketplace"? Is that the same as Facebook Shops? Because Manychat does have a Facebook Shop Message trigger, that could be the trigger you are looking for.

I don't add it as an email attachment. I put it on my website or Google Drive, and then add a Manychat button that opens the URL to my website / Drive.

Then I recommend reaching out to Manychat Support, they can have a loot at more advanced logs we cannot see in the Manychat account ourselves.

Add another trigger to your flow with “User sends a direct message”. Set this trigger to the same words and it will work.
