Good question! While you can generate an ID so Chatbase knows it's the same conversation, it doesn't keep track of the conversation history. So then you need to send the entire conversation history with each call to Chatbase. To do that, you need to save the conversation history somewhere (in a database or something). To me, you can better use another tool that remembers the conversation history (like CustomGPT -> chatimize.com/customgpt/), then store the conversation history yourself.

You can create step 2 in Manychat, that's just a Manychat automation where you ask for the name + tel + email. Then, for the WhatsApp channel, you can just send the link to the channel once they have given you the information.
Manychat automatically gets the phone number of the person on WhatsApp. If you want to collect additional data, you can do it by using the User Input element. Unfortunately, Manychat doesn't have a built-in ticketing system.

You can try to unblock your WhatsApp account by appealing to WhatsApp. Did you try that? This doesn’t seem like a Manychat issue, rather a Meta issue. So kost likely, you will also have this problem when switching to another platform. Regarding your Pages, One Manychat account = One Facebook page. So if you want chatbots on multiple pages, you need multiple Manychat accounts.

Yes, Manychat supports webhooks. You can send data from Manychat to other applications using the External Request (or Make integration).
Is the way to link to GPT 4 (the one with image analysis capability)? I want to be able to send an imgae via whatsapp to be analysed by gpt-4
You can also do this via Make. You need to connect Make to OpenAI and then use the "Analyse Images - Vision" module.
