      I’m plugging away at it, hopefully I wrap it up in the next few months so I can enjoy it this summer.

    Do NOT run fuel in the passenger compartment. Maybe I didn't understand what you said about that correctly when you were talking about the intercooler hoses at the firewall, but you definitely don't want fuel inside with you, in the event you do crash. Nothing wrong with having the intercooler hoses in there.

      Fuel and trans hoses run under the car for sure! Nothing flamable goes inside with me. The cheap coolant hoses worry my potentially dragging, but my fuel and oil hoses are stainless braided PFTE and some degree of abrasion resistance. Of course I have tried to run things up out of the way, but space is very limited, so I figure the less risky things can go inside.

    Can’t wait to see an update about this kit and how well it does or does not work.

      I am really close to doing an update. I have been fighting transmission problems that have been holding me back from really making power and seeing the results. I will get a video up as soon as I can. Thanks so much for watching!

    Thanks for the video on this, I've been looking at these kits but it's hard to find a lot of info online. I plan on switching the intercooler to the type 12 2000hp cooler, still a great deal at 630 compared to size and cost of an equivalent air to air(just won't fit in my car). I'm also going to add in an oil cooler style heat exchanger for the intercooler water for street driving which will also let me put my trans cooler in front of the radiator as well

      That is a great idea, I have just figured I get what I get on the street side of things, I may explore something like that down the road, thanks for the idea. At this point though I am just trying to button all these things up and get a useable car.

    Nice setup..!! I’m very curious how it’s the pump doing its flowing enough water?

    • @trailercourtsupervisor
      @trailercourtsupervisor  2 місяці тому

      @@dsmmonster It is flowing well, intake temperatures are considerably lower when running the pump, hit that subscribe button so you don’t miss the complete project update that is coming soon! Thanks for watching!

    Couldnt have run copper hard lines under the body? Keeping the failure points minimal yet robust for street driving

    Looking into getting one of these kits for my build any one else running one of these and is it well made product

    • @trailercourtsupervisor
      @trailercourtsupervisor  7 місяців тому

      It seems like a well made product to me as far as the piece parts go, I have yet to make any power pulls and get data on intake air temps

    A’guy I’ve watched a few times deven vanderhoof said something hella intelligent, before you start wiring or plumbing, or any of that bullshit you need to take all of your parts/ accessories & get them mounted in there spot that way whenever you start doing all the wiring & plumbing your just literally running everything where it needs to go like a map.

    • @trailercourtsupervisor
      @trailercourtsupervisor  10 місяців тому

      That’s exactly the plan, as far as this part of the project goes, the water pump was a bit of an oddity, and I didn’t want to build into a corner and not plumb it efficiently.
