Excellent video, I like the WTA setup! Awesome to see this thing progress the way it has! One minor note on your calculated power increase, you multiplied by 1.15, but you should have multiplied by 1.115, so from 440hp, you should see roughly 491hp. Cheers!
You may want to get to tune tuched up or try adding timing i know there are tables that pull timing with heat but if it wasn't that cool when he tuned it he couldn't really test to see if it liked timing with those temps
On the dyno we kept it relatively cool. But the cells with the intake temps it seeing now were populated. You're not wrong and it would be a good idea to look at the data. If anything id suspect its running more rich which im ok with lol
Those "little" bars are for support of the hood latch. You should make new ones that clear the intercooler and weld them in to again support the latch.
That makes sense. I looked at that but the latch didnt move after removing then and it still functions fine. It may be because the intercooler doesnt let it move. Looking at where the latch is bolted it, i can see it didnt shift.
I know that lowering the IATs on my N/A LQ4 made a considerable difference in performance. So I expect great things for your bosted 4.2L Not going to jinx anything by guessing a time or making transmission jokes.
do you happen to know the pig tail number and amperage the pump uses? I'm trying to put together an air to water intercooler setup for a side mount whipple 2.3 Saab 9-7x and planned on using a little 2.5G fuel cell for my ice tank and like the idea of the soft start for the coolant pump so I'd like to use a Tesla pump as well!
If you google "tesla coolant/water pump" it will come up and it was pretty easy to find the connector. It didnt give me a pigtail but gave me the pins to wire it. Youll get a set of 4 but youll only need the 2 for power and ground.

Filter was too small that was the issue, people undersize filters greatly.

Yes. I just have a huge downpipe.

Its not. Its actually one from amazon for like 30 bucks. It would have cost me more in materials and fittings than this tank cost
