looks like you could have gotten him/her on the brakes in a lot of corners then driven out while they're adjusting lines after being stuffed. I realize that they might not have allowed you to do that in the novice group. I know that the track days that I used to help out with we only allowed the novices to pass on the straightaways. but if you establish a braking advantage then you become tough to pass. keep riding smart! 👍😎
Great advice. I could tell that I was faster in the corners which made up for my lack of speed in the straights, but my main problem was that I was relying on following his lines too much. I knew that if I passed him then I'd just get slower, and I was learning a lot by following him so I didn't mind too much. (And yes, passing on the inside is prohibited in this novice group.) This is all knowledge that I'll just have to take with me to the next track day!

how many miles are on your zx7r Do you think its a good track bike as i have built one is it a better novice bike over a 600 supersport bike
