Nice! What is your drilling equipment? How did you get the even orange peel look? Mine is always accidental, yours looks intentional.
Thank you Les. I have a rotary multi-tool kit from Rutlands. Really pleased with it. To get the even orange peel look just use a sponge instead of a brush. 18:39 👌🏼

how did you disguise the cut line between top and bottom sections?
11:08 I use a skew chisel as a negative rake scraper to get rid of all tiny imperfections. Then sanding, sealing and painting. The cut line will not be visable.
