This is SWEET you hear me! Love it! This is real music .......hurry up and get to the Raleigh NC area ......awesome! You ladies are my new Blue Grass favorites!
+Les S They'll be in Huntersville (just north of Charlotte) May 7th at a music festival. Tickets aren't all that expensive. It's also some sort of brewer's festival. Beer + music = HELL YEAH! dellamae.com/tour
I usually don't like covers of such great originals but after enjoying "Trudy" I decided to check this out and it was just oh so satisfying. I've seen them live twice and hope to cross paths again. Nice presentation, good recording, thanks for sharing!
Upcoming tour dates: dellamae.com/tour Also, they've all been busy during their hiatus from touring as a group. Celia is part of two going projects, a band called Say Darling and the Woodsmith and Walsh Quartet. She's also working on a solo record. Jenni Lyn has been touring with her own band, Jenni Lyn, and has released a record. Courtney has toured a bit with a guy named Robert Ellis. They released a record of John Hartford songs, called Dear John. Courtney also released a solo EP called Nothing We Say. Kimber is part of another all female group, a trio called Ms. Adventure. They've done a few shows and are working on a record. I don't know too much of what Zoe has been up to. Not any solo projects I'm aware of. She's part of the aforementioned Woodsmith and Walsh Quartet and has played with other artists here and there. To my knowledge she doesn't have as heavy a social media presence as the others.
Thanks for all the info, I have to make sure I add them all to my watched list of groups because they're all great. Zoe is probably my favorite bass player with the band to date, definitely some great grooves. She has a facebook page that can be followed at facebook.com/zguigueno/
Hey tikcuf07 - Way to support one of your favorite bands. This is Loner from the AT, SORRY to contact you this way but couldn't figure out another way. Question - did I ever send you the pic of a chipmunk that asked for - 4 years ago? Sorry if I did not. I still have it - snakesession@yahoo.com. PS - you can remove this message after you read it if you don't want it to mess up the tread. Hope to hear from ya. PS X2 - GREAT SONG!
Hey dude! How goes it? No worries on the methodolody of reaching out. No I never got the photo. I'll email you. Yes, a great song and they really knocked it out of the park. Check out their music. Tons of videos right here on UA-cam. CD's available on their website, and if I'm not mistaken available on Amazon. I'd suggest checking out their website's tour page to find a show near you, but they're on a touring hiatus until early next year. For three or more years they've been doing over 200 shows a year and needed a break. dellamae.com/
