I've heard about it and have been there also prior to that time but that other time it didn't happen. However from my experience the sun changed its size from normal to huge very quickly, it happened a few times in a row very fast and then went back to its normal size. I won't ever forget it. And I couldn't explain how it felt. I was in awe to say the least. Felt incredibly blessed to have seen this in person. If I would've only seen it online I might've not believed it at all and would've maybe thought was edited or whatever
Of course it's the same sun. It's a Divine manifestation in that people in Medjugorje at that moment view it in this supernatural way. They can watch this phenomenon without any protection to their eyes. No retinal damage whatsoever. I've watched an easter sunrise. Heard that it wasy mum's uncle's tradition, to get up every easter morning to watch it. So one year I did and it was like this but more. Sun seemed to move or jet left to right, bursts of orange n silver and red. Seemed to take shapes. Was the most amazing thing I ever seen, while not on drugs 😂. I am a Christian and a firm believer. This video is just the camera adjusting as she points the camera more directly at the sun and less directly. Sorry. she must keep the sun in the middle of the view the whole time and not have the sun on the left edge partly in sight sometimes and partly out of sight. When you point your camera lens at bright light it will close the aperture more and make the view darker. When you point the camera away from the light the aperture will open and add more light. When she starts the video the sun is in full view and then she starts moving the camera to the right which brings the sun to the left and to the edge of the view of the camera. Whenever she moves the camera to the left and the sun is more within the scope of the camera view the light will dim and you'll see normal sun. Next time please stop moving the camera and leave the sun in the center of the view. If it dances I'll believe it. My opinion had nothing to do with the original Fatima sun dancing.

It is certainly true about digital manipulation these days. If the person who took this video on a holy pilgrimage, presumably to seek God, then decided to tamper the video and post it, man I cannot imagine what kind of conversation God will need have with him or her on that day. Actually, back to the video, one just need to toggle between view at 1:17 and 1:18-19...,and see the surrounding re: lighting, magnification of sun vs objects etc. I viewed it again and seems pretty ok.

That video at Divine Mercy Hill is undeniable. But this one and the whole Medjugorje videos on internet seem to some and not to others. With the age everyone has phone camera and video camera and none video is convincing. Most are blurred and can be made with trick of camera and lighting. I really want to see the effects of these miracles, like Fatima where people, clothes and the ground dried up right after the 'sun dance', physical evidence. Of course we all have private revelation and they are authentic but it's not an obligation to believe in private revelation but public revelation. If people at Medjugorje saw the apparition or miracle of the sun good for them. I have been there twice. Once before the war and once after. The second visit was, to say the least, well commercialized. I do not mean any harm in my words towards the beauty people of the Former Yugoslavia. My father immigrated to the United States in the 1970s so without that I would not be typing this comment. It is difficult to make a living in this part of the world. Corruption is everywhere. All of these religious places around the world have been commercialized. It made me think and luckily find the Lost Gospel of Thomas Didymus. "The kingdom of God is within you and all around you." It's my opinion, if you reply pushing any religion, my opinion on that is remove yourself from the grasp of a cult. Be your own church in body, mind, and soul. Spread the idea of self discovery of each individual spirituality. Don't ask others to join a cult with a basket passed around. Give that money to poor man on the street. I say the rosary every morning and after I prayed one day I took a selfie with the sun in the background and was shocked when I saw the photo. After praying, on most days, the miracle of the sun happens.
And what does that mean to a Christian? What do you believe God wants to tell you by that? He speaks to you through his word, not through physical phenomenons (or faked phenomenons).
No one can look at the sun without using a strong filter. If a filter was used the scenery wouldn't have become visible. Also lets say this was possible, still it is a fake because as the sun gets bigger, meaning it should give out more light, the scenery remains the same with regards to light. It doesn't get brighter. If there were several clouds present this would have been perfectly possible; but then this wouldn't have been a miracle at all. What I did see was, expensive pools and houses :o)

Because it's the camera's exposure adjusting, and trees aren't bright enough to be as affected by exposure as the brightest source of light is. This entire thing is literally just an exposure effect. If the Sun actually grew as bright as the camera was making it look, everything would be whited out like an atomic bomb blast.

And yeah, they actually DO change slightly, if you look at them. Even the way the intensity is changing, the speed and pacing of it, is like a person turning a dial, and you see stutters and skips like the dial is resisting and then jerking forward when being turned. Dude, trust me, the chances that this is a miracle from God altering a gigantic star in space but only seen in this one place, and God chose to make it look like someone adjusting the exposure in a camera... are so absurdly low that it's not even worth thinking about. On the evidence here, the distortions in the sun are directly attributable to camera settings and movement. It's not about opinions, just evidence. I know there are visions and messages, grace's and conversions. I've met many folks in Medj who genuinely experienced something supernatural. But also, many others who attributed a supernatural origin to a natural cause. This is not what the miracle of the sun looks like. And it's not about opinion.

Exactly....I can do the same thing with my phone's camera. If you point a little more into the sun it will actually get smaller ....a little darker and or oranger . And it coincided with every little movement of the camera, which the sun does not do when it is having electrical activity, which is why the sun can flicker and even turn off and on.

If you're going to fake something at least TRY to make it credible. Even at the original one in 1917 it was very much a case of 'the crowd claimed to see what it wanted to see'. It could quite easily have been a sundog / parhelia; these atmospheric phenomena are surprisingly common, colourful, and can give the impression something unusual is going on. Indeed, only three weeks ago I saw a VERY bright sundog that looked for all the world like a second sun in the sky, albeit smaller and fainter. On days with hazy clouds, look to the left and right of the sun. You may get lucky.

One thing bothering me with this video is the fact that EACH time you camera goes up when the sun is swelled the sun goes back to its original form. At the first sight I believed but now I doubt because of that observation it could be some kind of effect caused by the camera. And usually sun miracles are viewed by hundreds of witnesses. I am nonetheless still puzzled by the fact that the light you capture never blurred the entire image and that we see the landscape below become more enlightened but no covered by a blur effect of the lens. I am not a expert but I will even put as possibility that you may have changed some settings in the course of filming like the aperture.

You are missing the point. That is part of the miracle. Also, you can look directly at the sun, without going blind afterwards with blue dots. I'm a faithful and I'm going to Međugorje every year a few times the past 20 years, but I'd warn that playing with the camera lens and autofocus and then claiming it's a miracle of the sun is irresponsible and bad. Yes the miracle of the sun occured but in certain times, it doesn't happen randomly when somebody is filming the sun, please.

It's not a hoax. Lots of eyewitnesses saw it. The hillside does not change at all during this, showing that it's not a hoax with lens magnification. Nothing changes but the sun.

I've watched an easter sunrise. Heard that it wasy mum's uncle's tradition, to get up every easter morning to watch it. So one year I did and it was like this but more. Sun seemed to move or jet left to right, bursts of orange n silver and red. Seemed to take shapes. Was the most amazing thing I ever seen, while not on drugs 😂. I recommend this experience to anyone, get up early easter morning.

I am a Christian and a firm believer. This video is just the camera adjusting as she points the camera more directly at the sun and less directly. Sorry. she must keep the sun in the middle of the view the whole time and not have the sun on the left edge partly in sight sometimes and partly out of sight. When you point your camera lens at bright light it will close the aperture more and make the view darker. When you point the camera away from the light the aperture will open and add more light. When she starts the video the sun is in full view and then she starts moving the camera to the right which brings the sun to the left and to the edge of the view of the camera. Whenever she moves the camera to the left and the sun is more within the scope of the camera view the light will dim and you'll see normal sun. Next time please stop moving the camera and leave the sun in the center of the view. If it dances I'll believe it. My opinion had nothing to do with the original Fatima sun dancing.

That video at Divine Mercy Hill is undeniable. But this one and the whole Medjugorje videos on internet seem to some and not to others. With the age everyone has phone camera and video camera and none video is convincing. Most are blurred and can be made with trick of camera and lighting. I really want to see the effects of these miracles, like Fatima where people, clothes and the ground dried up right after the 'sun dance', physical evidence. Of course we all have private revelation and they are authentic but it's not an obligation to believe in private revelation but public revelation. If people at Medjugorje saw the apparition or miracle of the sun good for them. I have been there twice. Once before the war and once after. The second visit was, to say the least, well commercialized. I do not mean any harm in my words towards the beauty people of the Former Yugoslavia. My father immigrated to the United States in the 1970s so without that I would not be typing this comment. It is difficult to make a living in this part of the world. Corruption is everywhere. All of these religious places around the world have been commercialized. It made me think and luckily find the Lost Gospel of Thomas Didymus. "The kingdom of God is within you and all around you."

He speaks to you through his word, not through physical phenomenons (or faked phenomenons).
No one can look at the sun without using a strong filter. If a filter was used the scenery wouldn't have become visible. Also lets say this was possible, still it is a fake because as the sun gets bigger, meaning it should give out more light, the scenery remains the same with regards to light. It doesn't get brighter. If there were several clouds present this would have been perfectly possible; but then this wouldn't have been a miracle at all. What I did see was, expensive pools and houses :o)

I cannot say i do not believe this but why didn't the ray of the sun shines bright on the tree tops if that is how much it can grow ? Why isn't there a reflection of light over the areas of the trees?
Because it's the camera's exposure adjusting, and trees aren't bright enough to be as affected by exposure as the brightest source of light is. This entire thing is literally just an exposure effect. If the Sun actually grew as bright as the camera was making it look, everything would be whited out like an atomic bomb blast.

Approaching 1:50 the trees are indeeded brightened and then fade gradually. So there IS a change in the trees.
The sun expands and detracts as the camera is dropped and risen. I am not saying this isn’t legit, but it seems questionable due to the pattern.

Even the way the intensity is changing, the speed and pacing of it, is like a person turning a dial, and you see stutters and skips like the dial is resisting and then jerking forward when being turned. Dude, trust me, the chances that this is a miracle from God altering a gigantic star in space but only seen in this one place, and God chose to make it look like someone adjusting the exposure in a camera... are so absurdly low that it's not even worth thinking about. It's not about opinions, just evidence. I know there are visions and messages, grace's and conversions. I've met many folks in Medj who genuinely experienced something supernatural. But also, many others who attributed a supernatural origin to a natural cause.

Exactly....I can do the same thing with my phone's camera. If you point a little more into the sun it will actually get smaller ....a little darker and or oranger . And it coincided with every little movement of the camera, which the sun does not do when it is having electrical activity, which is why the sun can flicker and even turn off and on.
I've been to Meddjugorje and believe it's a miraculous place. But I don't think this video shows a miracle. I noticed The Sun appears larger each time the camera is pointed lower. If you're going to fake something at least TRY to make it credible. Even at the original one in 1917 it was very much a case of 'the crowd claimed to see what it wanted to see'. It could quite easily have been a sundog / parhelia; these atmospheric phenomena are surprisingly common, colourful, and can give the impression something unusual is going on. Indeed, only three weeks ago I saw a VERY bright sundog that looked for all the world like a second sun in the sky, albeit smaller and fainter. On days with hazy clouds, look to the left and right of the sun. You may get lucky.

Why didn't the hillside change, if the brightness was due to camera adjusting?

U isto vreme predivno i malo jezivo. Realno osecaj kao da će se sunce prosuti po celoj zemlji. Nesto slično kao supermesec kad se približi do zemlje.
The person is holding something against the lens. Seems to be a magnifying glass or something. Also if the sun did get brighter and bigger in size wouldn’t it show on the lighting of the trees and houses below? You would have obviously seen a difference in brightness. Don’t be fooled.

One thing bothering me with this video is the fact that EACH time you camera goes up when the sun is swelled the sun goes back to its original form. At the first sight I believed but now I doubt because of that observation it could be some kind of effect caused by the camera. And usually sun miracles are viewed by hundreds of witnesses. I am nonetheless still puzzled by the fact that the light you capture never blurred the entire image and that we see the landscape below become more enlightened but no covered by a blur effect of the lens. I am not a expert but I will even put as possibility that you may have changed some settings in the course of filming like the aperture.
But changing the aperture would change the appearance of the hillside, which never changes.
@@wms72 yes I noticed that the hillside seems unchanged. maybe light exposure modification. but the main fact that makes me doubt is because what happens after the camera moves.
You are missing the point. That is part of the miracle. Also, you can look directly at the sun, without going blind afterwards with blue dots. When you experience the miracle of the sun it's like looking at the moon. It doesn't hurt your eyes. Instead of trying to find fault, why not ask God to show you a sign that He is listening. And while your at it, thank Him for His love and mercy. 🙂🇨🇦
