Taking down a 75' hardwood with a big lean

I used a chainsaw for about 50 yrs., and I never took my hands off the saw while sawing wood, NEVER.

Maybe you should have tried it then! It gives your hands and shoulders a rest for a second when you can stand up and let the saw work.
I know some people feel strongly about not doing that, but as long as you know where your tip is, there's no risk.
