If they tell me to then I definitely skip, I also make the decision on my own sometimes if they’re not doing well….its dry here in Florida too unk
Yup customers wanted me to skip. On my been 3. Some ppl I called or drive there if I’m in the area.
To me that’s one of those things you play by the situation. I don’t like cutting a customers yard when it doesn’t need it. Like you mentioned communication is key.

I kinda scout my lawns sometimes on non mowing days n im in those areas so if they look not worth a cut ill just skip it
That would work ok if you had a small number of lawns but that extra gas would add up
