Great advice. I especially agree with number 4. They don't care if you can write exceptionally well. Just get the information on the page with some semblance of order and you're good. Most people don't realize that bar exam essays are typically less complex than the essays in law school.
Do it in a state where you don't have to take the bar exam...OR, WA, WI, then you can start working right away without bothering with this or the character committee
Hi Jenn! Huge congrats on passing the bar!!! All of your hard work and perseverance paid off! You deserve all of the success that is in your future!! Grateful to have been with you so far on this journey and I look forward to seeing this new chapter unfold. Thanks and have a great week!
A very true reality-introduction into what to do on a BAR exam. This is exactly what I hit preparing for a BAR. Although I do not know whether I passed or not, this video is a game plan for me to perform and pass if I failed this BAR. Thanks to the author.
My tip would be: if you have to guess ( which I don’t think anyone was guessing in BAR exam?) make sure you are OK with your answer; otherwise you will have that question stuck in your head as you move on. If so, just skip it and come back later.
Ok! Soo for property, there is SO much material. So what I chose to do (not saying this is the best strategy, just what I did to maximize my time), I chose to learn a few topics really well. And the others I just ignored. So I focused a lot on easements and landlord tenant law (those had a lot of acronyms and element tests so I figured better for memorization). And then for things like future interests and mortgages I just learned it from a distance and didn’t spent too much time on it, because it wasn’t sticking when I did. And I think I got like 70% of property questions right so not bad!
Hey Jenn! Thanks for sharing this video. Did you have a mnemonics list for real property sub topics? I’m having a hard time with Real property as well.
Hey Jenn. Congrats on passing the BAR . Re: your Civil Procedure comments. Did you make a quick study guide for the "number of days" requirements? If so, can you share?
Can you do a Vlog about the NBA Playoffs ? I heard the Golden State Warriors had no chance, because all the other teams were loaded with 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐's.....especially the Lakers & Brooklyn. Thank You !!
@@rosamoreno4794 yes, I have researched this law reader before, several states offer it! I was under the impression that undergrad was a requirement, until KK joined. Now I am confused!
@@rosamoreno4794 it is just like an apprenticeship, except you would learn about law under a judge or qualified attorney, it is less expensive, much harder, and takes less time. The details can be googled but I don’t understand the not going to undergrad, blows my mind.
Kim Kardashian did start college but she never finished. She received about 60 or so credits before she dropped out of college to pursue business ventures. California allows people to start a “reading the law” program if they have completed a certain number college credits which coincidentally, Kim has met that requirement. Also, the reading the law program is not easier because Kim will still have to take and pass a state bar exam after her 4 years of law school (law school is typically 3 years if you do it the traditional way, but the California reading the law program is 4 years). The “baby bar” exam that Kim took was only after her 1st year of introductory class. She needed to pass the baby bar exam so that she could continue in the law at home program for the next 3 years.
Hi. I'm interested in emailing the prison Nick Godejohn, the murderer of Dee Dee Blanchard, is locked up in. He got life and I don't think it's fair, because Dee Dee was _not_ an innocent victim. She was 100% vile, if you know the tragic story about Gypsy Rose. Can I show you my practice email, since you study law?
Currently studying for the July 2023 exam and these tips are actually SO HELPFUL! And have put my mind at ease for a bit. Thank you!!
did you pass it? .... someone had to ask...

Can you do a vlog on the route Kim K is doing her Law school without and undergrad or being in a real Law school. 😳
My question is where did KK go to undergrad because I was under the impression that only Kourtney and their brother went to college
@@memyself4431 she didn’t go anywhere for her undergrad. No where! This is some special learning I have heard explained and don’t get it.
