I got that NZXT Kraken Z73 with LCD I'm going to use Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Thermal Grease I'm waiting for it to come in the mail. I'm not going to lie my first water cooled system I'm kinda scared a little with how much the build cost and 1 drop of water is all it takes. And how often I will need to clean the radiator from the 3 fans. My PC I'm on right now I installed the CPU and CPU fan with arctic silver 5 thermal paste over 15 years ago and never took it off. Temps IDE around 32C when the CPU fan and heatsink is clean.

So I need extreme help I have done 3 rma’s on my z73 and 1 on motherboard to clear all causes and it still doesn’t work my cpu runs 93c idle I don’t know if I mounted it wrong and if it’s making contact but it’s definetly not cooling my cpu whatsoever so if u could help that would be great

@@VynZography some models of motherboard have enough space between cpu socket and ram some not. But u can in install cooler as you want and rotate display from software. But tubes u can't change 😔

if it just has "NZXT" on the connector then it acts as a hub for other RGB headers from nzxt rgb stuff. you really dont need it connected to it. theres a video om youtube that explains it.
@@itcarecomputers you can actually install your kraken z at a 90 degree angle of you're worried about the pipes interfering with your ram slots. You just install the z with the pipes coming out of the bottom. CAM allows you to rotate any graphics you send to the Z, so they'll still appear upright even when the installation is angled.
What I mean is that it’s the usb type one then the one for the power than the one were u put the one with the fans then the one connected to the kraken and mine still has one more connection 😂

You don’t have to use the 3 fans that come with it, you can use another branded set like Corsair or Lian Li just as long as you daisy chain them etc

Yes I just did it. Removed and rotated the bracket and now the pipes are coming from underneath the pipe no longer blocking RAM slots

Most new cpus come with a stock fan cooler. If you use an aio you won’t need it.

Why 3 DDR4 modules? 2 or 4, anything else doesnt work? You can use 4 modules, you Just need to rotate the pump connections
